Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hammond by IHG

No help from Expedia. We were in a hotel where we weren't guaranteed the accommodation we booked. We were with three children. No help from Expedia, and I had to call a representative several times because they rudely hung up on me when I was fed up with their helplessness.

It was a great place to stay. Staff was friendly and room was clean large and comfortable, and breakfast good. My only issues were: that they didn’t provide microwaveable plates cups and bowls and no coffee service in the room. It was available 24 hrs in the lobby but that was not always convenient; and workout room had limited free weights.

Very good

The smell of Marijuana from the hallway went into our room, and it was so strong! Also, the hallway from the swimming area to the lobby was always wet! A fall hazard to everybody.

Easy to find everything, and the stuff is so nice! Nothing really

Location Na

No coffee maker in room, but desk did get us one. The microwave plate was not to correct plate for that microwave so luckily it didn't start a fire

Front desk staff were very helpful and very kind

Staff was excellent. Room was clean. Would stay again!

Breakfast and location was good! Rooms together at least the same floor!

Conveniently located, lots of food options in the center of everything

Everything was great!

AC was very loud, hard to sleep with the noise.

It accommodated our first floor request for my disabled husband Pool was closed because they put chemicals in it. Didn’t tell anyone before they did it. Breakfast time should have lasted longer

The pool The water wouldn’t go down in the tub. The stopper was broken.

Superb

Staff were excellent! AC unit and TV in our room didn't function properly. Otherwise I would have given this properly a 9 or 10.

Everything was amazing besides the breakfast. But my stay was lovely.
