Bear Springs Hotel

Room was in excellent condition. Staff was very helpful and close proximity to the casino so location perfect for my needs.

Rooms were nice and clean. Good price for the size of the room. Bartender was friendly and knew how to make drinks. Lived free shuttle to Yaamava .

Exceptional

This is a pricier hotel than I usually stay at when it’s just a quick overnight stay…but WOW! This will be my new go to when coming for the events at Yamavva Casino. It’s a wonderful hotel, The front desk staff are so nice and helpful, check in and check out was fast and easy. The rooms are beautiful, the restaurant is amazing, even the servers are super nice! they have a fantastic shuttle service that takes you back and forth to the casino down the road. Loved it!

The shuttle to the casino was convenient. EV Charging - You need more charging stations the same two vehicles were parked for my entire stay.

The hotel and staff were all great. The only difference I would do next time is to request a room not on the street side as the windows sounded like they were open you could hear the traffic all night long.

The staff were exceptional. The food in the Bistro was excellent. Our room was spotless and, although not needed, we loved the extra bath amenities provided. We highly recommend this hotel!!

Staff was great. Clean room.

Great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. The staff are very nice and friendly. The best part is the shuttle to take you and bring you back from the casino.

Friendly staff all around. Very good food in the restaurant! Room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed to see a concert at Yaamava. The shuttle there and back was really convenient.

The entire point of staying was the proximity to Yamavah casino and the shuttle, the shuttle has a huge first step and with my orthopedic issues I could not get up the step and I was told there was no accommodation ( pretty sure that’s a violation of something) the Bistro was great and the service top notch! The surprise guest in our bathroom at 3 am a roach the size of a frog was not pleasant. Expected more reality was less.

When I arrived around 10 pm to check in, I was told that my reservation was cancelled since my card was declined when they processed it. Then the room was available but around $110 more than what I reserved it vi Expedia. I went somewhere else. I just can’t believe how irresponsible the whole system is that they didn’t reach out not even via email. I will never trust Expedia .com if I have to do pay later option for the reservation Too disappointed and upset. This is not ok. I should be notified so I can fix the issue. Perhaps I wrote one number incorrectly or so. No idea. I have no issue with my credit card. Just dumbfounded and upset. Won’t ever trust that option
