Very poor

Customer service The pillows are so worn out there like paper thin, I had the room and the end of the hallway bad ideas Heard the door slamming all night

While the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the room clean, there are no microwave or refrigerator, tissues or toiletries in the room. The handicap accessible room was meant for wheelchairs. Everything is low, so if you use a walker or otherwise stand upright it is very inconvenient.
