Palmera Inn and Suites

Very Nice Property. Large , Comfortable rooms . Great Bathroom and small but useful kitchen area. The staff responded to needs in a timely manner. Breakfast was Great and coffee is always available. Price is very fair considering all you receive. Excited about returning soon.

A hidden gem in Hilton Head…

Everything was amazing including our room, but our room did have a weird smell about, but it wasn’t the worst, we were alone to sleep.

The room was spacious and perfectly clean and well maintained. There was a nice dog area behind Building B and I felt dogs were truly welcomed with treats although not allowed in the lobby. The kitchenette was perfect for us and our favorite Thai restaurant was a few steps away. The beach is not easily accessible close to the hotel but they make bike rentals easy if you want to cycle. We chose to do the short drive and parking was easy.

Everything Nothing

I had the pleasure of staying at Palmera Inn, Hilton Head for 2 days recently. Great location, clean, nice pool and a good breakfast buffet. Reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again.

Great location. Loft Suite with the kitchenette was perfect

The rooms are clean and updated. No carpet which is a plus. It was cold with the air conditioning on but too warm to leave oHas a wall unit. Good location. Plenty of parking spaces.Had a decent breakfast, not outstanding. The staff were nice. I did have a problem with a double charge on the room. It had been paid for in advance. I had booked with Expedia. It took 4 days and a call to my credit card company to straighten out. The other thing is I was told we were supposed to get our room cleaned on Tuesday and they never cleaned it.

Very clean. I love the breakfast each morning. No laundry bags available to put dirty clothes in.

Quiet,clean and friendly staff I stayed 4 days and the breakfast was the same thing all 4 days . Who wants Turkey Sausage and fake scrambled eggs every day. This is the South where are the biscuits and gravy and bacon.

My main complaint is the staff, other than that it was wonderful experience for a first time Hilton Head visitor. I wish the staff were more helpful and inviting. We were so excited to visit, as it was our anniversary and we wanted to take a road trip to the lovely Islands there. When we arrived the ladies at the front kind of killed our buzz and excitement to stay there. After a 5 hour car ride, it wasnt very nice to have a first impression of. There were also no directions given to where we were staying-just that we dont “park across the street”. I could barely understand the lady when she took my card, as she was mumbling and didn’t clearly tell me what she was doing while my card was in her hands. We planned to spend most of our time outside the hotel but the unwelcoming atmosphere made us even more want to stay busy so we wouldn’t have to go back. Food was good, the cleaners were sweeter than the front desk workers. Not one to knit pick, but I wouldnt stay again

The room was clean and neat. Breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was very friendly. The parking lot was very dark, but did not feel unsafe.

The establishment was clean and the free breakfast spread was great. I didn't use the pool workout facilities so I can't comment on that.

This was my first time staying this lounge, it was more impressive than anticipated, sufficiently equipped, really nothing to pick on, thanks & will definitely come back again, twice a year for tennis tournament.
