The building is out graded . Old . The interior is old style and not appealing . We never got back our security deposit of $100. I tried to call to the front desk . The lady kept me on hold forever. I absolutely wouldn't recommend this hotel. Since|

Arrived at the booked location. No reception! Luckily a couple pulled up and asked them if they knew where to check in. They informed me it was 2 blocks over as the owner had several buildings and only one check in desk! We had already parked and got our luggage out at this point so I jumped back in the car leaving the other to wait for my return. Arrived at reception closed! No signs up no phone number after I was just about to give up a lady turns up no apology opens the door ask for ID tells me to pay for parking and gives me a key and map of rooms. Not the location I booked! Had to go back to pick up other and re load car to get to rooms! She said the booking is with the group so can be put in any of the locations! At this point I wanted my bed! Breakfast is cereal and bagels with a boiled egg! Room was clean. Bed was awful a wooden frame that creaked at every moment. Aircon leaked into the room! Room was in a courtyard with paper thin walls which you could hear everything! Parking was $20 Nothing on booking to say check in instruction etc. thankfully the other couple showed up. The receptionist ignored me when I told her my booking did not say about check in details! Rude lady! Location was perfect for beach. Our stay was a quick over night thankfully!

The room was okay, another quick flip type of place that needs more updating but then again, that means higher prices. It’s good for the price.

The Neptune hotel was great

The place was cute, clean very close to the water and pool. Ideal location and view. The check in and check out needs improvement. I was made to wait in long lines. Walking is a challenge for I am handicapped. I prepaid to extend my stay. They wouldn’t let me pay deposits or get a parking pass the night before and made me come back the next morning to stand in line again. Then they charged me a $35.00 fee for early check in for a room I already paid for the night before and never left. So, they charged me that money for a room they didn't have to even clean again since they only clean every three days. It is little things like that that can turn a pleasant experience to unpleasant when you are physically challenged. That part of the experience was painful…literally.

The Front Desk lady was rude. I'm sorry I didn't get her name, but she was there during the day weekend shift alone. She was abrupt, never smiled and seemed as if she was having a bad day. She really needs to get another non public facing job. The front desk people are the first point of contact for your hotel, and makes the initial impression. Hospitality is critical.

Good location I paid and booked the bigger room. They lied to me and gave me a smaller room saying thats an upgrade. Clearly on the photos it was the room that was next to me was empty thats why I was able to see through the window that it was exactly the room I have booked. They gave me the cheaper room with no windows at all. Scam

The location Bugs in the bathroom, I think they were termites. They were all in the bathroom sink and the window. There was a leak in the bathroom around the bath tub.

Location was great. Could have been cleaner

Staff needs more training to deal with guests. The way the staff talks and treats guests. No professionalism at all. Great Location deserves better trained staff.

The stove top didnt work, I had to get a box of random utensils and cooking supplies to cook with, a breom in the room would have been greatly helpful to keep the sand at a minimum being so cloae to the beach, parking was hard to fimd- there was a sign for public parking where we were told to park which took our parking away from us. Best feature- wake up and walk to the beach.
