The hotel is clean the staff is rude and on top of everything I left my truck at the parking spot at the parking lot they have there to travel and the the mufflers and they didn’t take responsibility for the damage I had to pay for the damages about 3500 dlls I do not recommend the hotel

Hotel is very convenient and great shuttle service to the airport. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful upon check-in and out. Like so many chain hotels, the only downside was the property maintenance. Facility is definitely showing signs of wear and tear. AC in my room did not work very well and ran extremely loud. Other than that, everything was great.

Room was good Waited 2 hours for airport shuttle . Called 3 times told they were 7 to 8 minutes away each time. Im old and it was very traumatic. Finally got to hotel. Exhausted. 4 people waiting to check in. Waited. Waited. No desk clerk. After 20 minutes I called and she finally came up to answer phone. Next morning I had a seminar. There were several of us asking desk clerk where to go for seminar. He kept saying here ( as in lobby) it wasnt in lobby. It was in a meeting room. Luckily someone from the seminar happened to see us and showed us where to go.

I usually stay at this hotel 3-4 times per year, whenever I travel through Houston, but this time there were a few things that had me a bit out of sorts. Firstly, the shuttle took over an hour to pick the guests up at Terminal C after I called directly as they had messaged me to do, and I even called twice. Secondly, when we arrived at the hotel, despite the shuttle bringing about 6 guests with luggage, the main entrance was locked and another guest in the lobby opened the doors for us and let us in. Thirdly, despite knowing that many guests were coming to check in, there was just one person on the desk and it took forever to get everyone into their rooms. I arrived to the hotel approximately an hour and a half after I had gotten out of the terminal, and into my room after 1am when I had to be back on the 7am shuttle. Loosing that time, when I barely had time to sleep on my layover to begin with, mattered to me. I may rethink it in the future and stay at one of the other properties that had frequent shuttles, as some came 4-5 times while I was waiting for this ones. Otherwise my stay was fine as usual.

We only stayed for one night so I really can’t say much about the staff or the amenities. It was clean and fresh bedding and the rooms are a good size

They did not offer bottle of water and snacks for lifetime Diamond Member! They offer 10 allowances for beverages and Snacks to me which I always have at other Hilton Garden inn! They say because I booked the room from Engine ( Third Party)! I park the cam there from 9/8 2:30 pm to 9/11 5:00am, they charge $50 plus tax which I only parking for 3 days!! No good!!!!

Great clean quiet

We were there one night for a flight out the next day. The room was clean and met our needs. We also parked a car with them rather than long term parking and used the shuttle to/from the airport. We will be using the hotel again in the future. Great room for the price and helpful, kind staff.
