Very noisy people in the hallway at 3am yelling and screaming with no regard for other guests

Sorry but we had to leave too early to eat breakfast. only there one nite My handicapped room was perfect. sorry to leave so quickly. cant say there was anything I didnt like. room front doors are soooo heavy. even hard to open at my age. 82. but otherwise very nice and staff very accommodating. thanks

Location was great, room clean and bed comfy. This was quick stop before heading out on a road trip from a long international flight so all good for a rest. Breakfast was also good. Shuttle took an hour and staff out right lied about sending it the 1st time we called. This was confirmed by a conversation driver had with a mate we overheard. No coffee or tea available in room or overnight in lobby.

I would like to recognize a Latina employee who provided me with outstanding customer service. Unfortunately, I don’t know her name, but she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. When I tried to use the dryer machine, the coins somehow got stuck, and I was unable to push them all the way in. As a result, assistance was needed to resolve the issue. I needed to leave for a very important business appointment so I asked her if she could help by pressing the dryer button for me so the clothing could be ready by the time I came back. I truly appreciated her willingness to assist me, her kindness, and her excellent attitude. She went above and beyond to make sure I was helped, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize her outstanding service. Please pass along my appreciation to her and her manager. Employees like her make a real difference through their excellent customer service. Thank you! She truly provided top-notch customer service, and I would appreciate it if her manager could recognize her for going above and beyond. Thank you!

all good just the a/c unit on room 230 was kinda noisy and no to much to see on TV if you don't pay breakfast not good noise a/c unit not to.much to see on TV

Clean hotel with big rooms close to IAH. Good for long connections. Bed & shower were OK. Breakfast was probably the worst of any hotel I've stayed in for 10 years. I sent a message via booking when my flight was delayed to let them know I was coming but would arrive after 1am or later. It was difficult to get an Uber to the hotel. Shuttle doesn't run at 4am. When I arrived, my room had been canceled. I did get the room and it was also cancelled with Booking. I later received a request from Booking to know if I had stayed at the hotel or not. There was very little in the room. No amenities. No microwave. No coffee maker.

Updated and close to the airport. the front was very difficult to work with, very unpleasant and not customer oriented. She was also on her personal phone anytime we walked by the desk
