We had everything we needed

Nothing Room has some maintenance issues, small insects inside room, water in the shower wouldn’t drain at all. By the time you finish showering water was up to your ankles. Microwave and fridge were filthy and sheets had stains in them

A/C was cold shower was hot.

It’s was great and well located

The shower wasn’t even clean. The toilet was leaking after every flush

Pictures of hotel were way off. Room had an odor staff was not friendly or helpful would not recommend unless you like unlawful odor outside and lots of traffic in and out .

They lost my booking and said I didn’t book and gave the room away and had a rude attitude

The location is good to highway and it is a budget location in Houston. Staff is responsive.

The room smelled like smoke there were fist marks on the walls front door was not sealed light showed from outside

The betting was dirty so much so that I brought my own bed again to sleep on the bed

I liked that it was convenient to my second job rooms was ok decent enough for one night especially cause I get off at 5a so just need a place to rest your head right quick it's a Koo lil spot! I didn't like the fact that the first night I forgot my charger they said they didn't find it which that was Koo bought another one then my third time being there thought me an the front office had a understanding an I liked him besides the charger again convient to my job but I seen the room in the corner an it was something I wasn't staying in another married couple that was there said it was horrible they had to switch rooms an see why plus them corner rooms no window to look at u looking at a wall hot an he claimed he didn't have no more checked Booking.com he had for rooms left like what you'd rather sell something unfit then want a returning customer that sucks so never going back there again an still waiting for my money or half my money back even tho it was 68 bucks but that could of went on my second room!

Nothing They knocked my door, screaming and tried to open the door at 10:15 am to let me know the time for check out was at 11:00 am, (I already knew) and when I asked why they did knock or open the rooms with the guest is inside their rooms, they said is an standard procedure. Be aware they don’t respect privacy or hygiene.
