Clean and nice
-
The property was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bathroom as well. It was very quiet which we liked. Only thing we didn’t like was there was no bodywash in the bathroom. We will return.

Pool was closed

Initially put in the wrong room when we got there. TV didn't work, drywall in ceiling was cracking. Pool was cold.
-
The rooms and facilities were clean and secure. We had a quiet stay with no disturbances. The bathtub was in rough shape. It was chipping and someone just painted over the chipped areas. Also, I didnt realize there would be a charge for wifi and parking.

Bad

We had three rooms for the family. All were musty. One shower did not work properly. The carpets were sticky. Elevator floor was dirty. They could do better, or they need more staff.
-
Front desk associate was very helpful with providing more towels and explaining checkout to my daughter. Thanks so much!
