The room was clean and spacious, it seemed like a small apartment. Could use some updates as far as the bathroom, the tub was extremely slippery ( very dangerous) for a handicap accessible room. Breakfast was delicious, great variety.

We were very impressed with how spacious and well apportioned the rooms were. We will be back!

Very dirty. Floor will destroy your socks, as it doesn't appear to have been cleaned since it was built in 1970-whatever. No maid service in a week! They dropped off new towels at the door on the table on day 3. That was it. The shower took 6-7 minutes to warm up, and had no pressure other than a trickle. The "breakfast' is last week's turkey sausage with some eggs folded over american cheese (from the previous few days). Coffee was cold and always running low in the morning. No dishwasher so enjoy rinsing your two glasses off that you need to use in both the bathroom and in the kitchen. The room never cooled down, but the a/c made it feel like the tropics with essentially 95% humidity (everything feels wet... the floor, sheets, towels, then ultimately your clothes). Finally, my spouse has a weird rash/small bites along her side, but I didn't get any. Finally, if the TV is working (which is wasn't), you will need to re-log into your streaming service every few hours since it kicks you out constantly.

The fitness center and breakfast was nice. I asked an employee at around 11pm on Monday for some clean sheets for my son’s bed and he was beyond annoyed and inconvenienced. Wish I would have got his name. The gentleman that checked us in his name was Chance and he was very nice.

It took the front desk attendant several minutes to appear at the desk. My room was on the second floor and there was not an elevator. I had to take the steps in high heals. The a/c unit in the room was not operating properly I ended up turning it off at midnight and had to turn on the heat in the morning. The shower was not operating properly. The breakfast buffet was horrible.

The room wasn’t that clean didn’t have any towels or pots or pans .. I sat my bag on the table and it was broken I did let the guy that checked me in and showed him the pictures because i didn’t want to get blames or charged for something I didn’t break also i didn’t have any rags and towels other then that my stay was peaceful

Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff were pleasant and polite. Breakfast offerings were plentiful. The amenities were great. The water in our kitchen sink had very little force. We would definitely stay here again.

Checked in late in the evening. The man behind the counter was helpful and explain things in great detail. Our room had lots of space and very comfortable and clean. Would stay again. We had left before breakfast started.

Cleans and helpful staff

We traveled with my Dad and had the 2 room suite and it was perfect the breakfast was good the staff was nice. They gave us a room on the 1st floor so my Dad didn't have to climb the stairs.The kitchen was nice and clean. I would stay there again.

It was clean and quiet. Staff was nice.

We only missed the cloth hanger. Everything else was ok.

Horrible experience. Called prior to check in for pack n play and told it was notated on reservation. Once checked in, there was no pack n play and what was given had a mattress missing and not usable, ended up buying one for my baby to sleep in. The second day the air conditioning went out, was told by a staff member that multiple units were out and that all box fans were taken out. We later found out that was a complete lie and the staff on duty that afternoon the day after had no idea of the situation. It was later fixed and we were credited for one night, however there was def a disconnect from the initial complaint. The staff on duty who made it right were great to talk to, but I would never recommend this place. The floors were also wet and if you wore socks only in the room the bottoms were black after a short period.
