Very good

Nothing! It was filthy smelled Like animals. The elevators were so nasty. The front desk person was rude and not friendly. I would never recommend this place they lied in the reviews. Nothing!!!!!!!!

Room was clean, parking was easy and accessible, Jodi, who checked us in and explained everything perfectly was Great!!! Jodi made us feel welcome and if we needed anything she was there to help in any way.

We arrived at the property about 9:30 p.m. Doors were locked. My daughter called we got in. The lady at the desk gave us our keys and told us our room numbers, with an attitude. Linens were dirty, skin itched. Asked for towels the morning, the front desk person started with her attitude again. This is a very terrible place for tourists, would not recommend. Coffee nasty

Neat and clean place to be

Clean, close to the airport, full size fridge, big walk in shower. Desk was closed, no luggage carts available at either check in or out. We waiting 30 minutes for our ride and no one appeared with a luggage cart. No airport shuttle.

The elevator hallways to room had garbage on floor, dirty. Room had poop remnant in toilet, I flushed it and it overflowed so I left

Didn't really eat breakfast but the coffee was okay. My daughter and myself mainly had our own stuff There wasn't anything I didnt like about the hotel it was actually really nice I just didnt want to leave

Hotel and rooms were very clean. Staff was very kind and hospitable. The ladies at the front desk helped me significantly by dog sitting for me so that I could run a couple of errands. My Miniature Yorkshire Terrier was having severe separation anxiety if I left her in my room alone. I am very grateful that the staff offered to help me with her! I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a 5 star hotel stay!

This property is horrible dirty. And I’m pretty sure the beds had bugs.

Location near airport was primary need A little impersonal; staff was helpful but the whole environment seems very bare bones and impersonal. Maybe this is the European feel...but not something I like. Front desk limited hours, etc.

Ive stayed in hundreds of extended stays over the years and as most travelers know theyre usually not good this one was surprisingly good, very clean and new, did have an issue with the breaker in the room constantly tripping however they immediately offered to change rooms for me, it was again surprisingly quiet for an extended stay albeit a few nuisance guests but beyond that i had a good time, would stay again if i had to.

Wouldn’t know. Luckily, manager didn’t unlock the door or answer the interior phone or direct line. When taxi returned to pick me up, said it was better that I’m not staying. Very questionable activities clearly going on the hour I waited to get in, then taxi assured me it was what I saw.

The service was excellent and very courteous.

One expects a bare-bones facility for this low price, and that should be OK for one night before an early morning flight. The problem was that the hotel is near the end of a runway, and that FedEx launches about 15 flights out at 4:30 AM - one after the other. It was very noisy.
