Best Western Plus DFW Airport Suites

Staff was helpful, room was clean, but did show some wear and tear. Only thing that was disappointing was that they didn’t offer an airport shuttle, even though the listing said they did. The cab to and from the airport is rather expensive for the 2.5 miles that it is away from the airport (around $40 to $45) depending on the driver.

Facilities are old and all towels are old.

Clean room, breakfast good comfortable room.

Rooms were clean, staff was nice, and location was great.

Our stay was nice. The staff were very polite and helpful. They allowed us to stay an hour past our check out! Our room was ready when we arrived. Two things to consider if you are a light sleeper; the noise of planes flying by and the light that enters through the window shades. The breakfast buffet could use some improvement. Everything was good for the exception of the over cooked ham. We did love the coffee machine selection.

Outstanding service once I walked in the door. Very helpful checking in help me with paperwork copies, excellent recommendation for supper and breakfast was pretty good for Hotel breakfast for sure. Highly recommended.

Room very clean and staff was excellent

The coffee is terrible!!! Fancy machine that doles out instant coffee. The room was very nice. The staff was very friendly. Coffee sucked.

I love the convenience and the friendliness of this location. The staff is awesome. Breakfast was great as always too.

Hotel is old and needs a good cleaning. Seems like there is a grime on everything. The pictures posted can’t be this hotel.

Very old outdated the don’t look anything like room

Buena comida

The room was clean and spacious. One of the lobby staff gave us directions to a great taco restaurant. Julio’s tacos. Great food.

It was close to the airport. The smell of the room. Smelled a bit musty and it took a while for the smell to leave.

Hotel was clean Pool clean water Breakfast was good

The 3rd floor hall carpet was not stretched had ripples in to trip on

Room stayed dark and cold!

The hotel urgently needs a general renovation

The man at check in was over the tip with guest relations skills. Thank you for the seamless process. ? Na

Room was clean and cozy. Noise from the Airport during the night was not as noisy as expected.
