Best Western Plus Las Colinas Inn & Suites

The hotel was pretty clean but I did notice a gnat problem in my room the location is okay needs to be updated the elevator was not working when I was there so the three star is very gracious

The Hotel is not well maintained. The elevator was not working, and the fire alarm went off twice once at 1;00am and again 1;15 am.

Room was clean and staff were very kind

def recommend I loved it here

Location Elevator didn’t work. Was not informed until after check in. Check in clerk not the friendliest. The TV set up is not the best at all.

Breakfast The sheets had a little kind of smell

Horrible experience, the hotel is run down, there was mold in the shower, the ELEVATOR doesn’t work and no plans to fix it. The rug smells so much like mildew that we all woke up with stuffy nose and allergies galore, the key stopped working the first night. The beds made our backs hurt,It was just all horrible and not for families maybe for one night stands.

Very happy

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately the elevator was out of service and after going up the stairs or room door battery was dead, so had to go back downstairs to get help and switch rooms. It was not anyone's fault, just bad luck. The staff was very friendly and helpful in solving the issue.

You can tell they don't clean the room.

Everything was nice. Perfect location The elevator was out of service

Pleasant

Good. Water is charged 2 dollar per small bottle

First off I have to say the staff were friendly and very helpful. The poor review was mainly due to the lack of cleanliness in the room, Non-Functioning amenities and facilities. Unexpected maintenance issues which made my room inaccessible but was resolved shortly after midnight. Non-Functioning elevators were frequent during the stay .

Good option for a quick trip. Close to Orange line to get to airport

Location The staff was great!

Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and we had plenty of towels. Breakfast was satisfactory and parking was easily accessible.

The location and staff That the tv is no smart and you can’t not even watch Netflix or something else and also the maintenance and cleanest of the hotel

Absolutely everything! Outstanding stay! Nothing

Everything the service the room was awesome I will definitely stay again.
