Red Roof Inn Dallas - DFW Airport North

Indian families clearly live here and operate the hotel, no issues with that in general. For my stay, it was difficult to settle-in and rest because there was an absolutely overwhelming fragrance of Indian good that penetrated my room. For like, my hotel room stay, this was an offensive smell that made it difficult to sleep. The room was otherwise very clean.

As expected. The linens were nice and the bed was comfortable. If you’ve got anybody either side of you, you’ll be hearing their entire conversation.

Poor

The pillows smell like sport sweat. They were not fresh. The floor was not mop, it felt sticky. There was some dirt spots.

Superb

Customer service is always great they go above and beyond and the rooms are clean and roomy

App said free cancellation anytime... Location said no cancellation permitted. Staff did not want to cancel our reservation due to rooms being smoking rooms and we had a baby with us.

Big bed, good location near the airport for a fair price. Took an uber to the airport, paid like 25 dollars for the ride. It’s not a five stars hotel but for an early flight, perfect fit! Location was not good for walking aroud, but again, I was there just to catch my flight early in the morning. Coffee was awful (sorry, im a coffee lover). Really small shower.

Disappointing

The convenient location near the airport and the airport transportation provided by the staff I was very disappointed with the reservation issue. I had confirmed my arrival time through Booking.com, but when I arrived after midnight, I was told that my reservation had been canceled. I had to make a new, more expensive reservation because I had nowhere else to stay. The room also had a strong insecticide smell and several cockroaches in the bathroom. The bed was uncomfortable because there was plastic underneath the mattress, which made it difficult to sleep.

Found bugs on bed. Room smells cigarette.

3/10

Exceptional

Nasty

I stay here every time I go to pick up more items for my BATMAN collection in Irving TX. Staff had me checked in, with key in hand, in under 90 seconds. Room was immaculately clean with strong AC and refrigerator. Thanks!

Everything was good , Although the room was listed as non-smoking, it had a strong cigarette smell.
