Maintenance needs to do better

Terrible amenities, you can hear the above stomping around, very basic rooms. Though much worse is I left I left an expensive shirt in the room..When I called to see if they had they said no, not cool stealing other people's property. DO NOT STAY HERE

I liked the area, easy to get around and it was nice and quiet. I had an issue with the toilet and the front desk told me they could not do anything since maintenance was gone for the day. I could not even use the restroom so I checked out the same day due to them not able to fix a toilet.

This is the second time that we have stayed at Soka Suites. Our suite was clean and had a washer and dryer in it. I like the fact that the suite was 3 bedroom and 2 bath, so we each had our space but could come together in the kitchen and living room. I would definitely stay at Soka Suites-Las Colinas again and I do recommend it. We were in the exact same suite as we were the first time we stayed.

The tvs don’t work everything else is good just don’t go to watch tv.

The room’s air conditioning did not work and neither did the washing machine

The front desk staff was nice. I asked for laundry soap and she helped with that. But the room is where I was very disappointed. The tub had hair in it. I wiped down the table in the kitchen because it was dirty. The hot water was out after the first person took an averaged time shower. The washer had a terrible smell that I wouldn't even think of using it. But I did love the proximity it was to everything that we came to do do.

This was my second time staying at Soka Suites. Again, friendly staff and great accommodations.

Lovely space. Nicely appointed. TV was not working when we arrived… Repair person came quickly . The room was quite nice as long as no one was placed in a room above us. Very very noisy foot falls from above. I also don't like the fan in the bathroom going on at the same time. The bathroom light is turned on. It makes it difficult in the middle of the night.

Convenient to everything, comfortable for 4 travelers Nothing

Property and room were clean, quiet, convenient, and felt safe. Loved having an in-unit washer and dryer. However, the internet was extremely slow. I needed to toggle the wifi on and off constantly and not have more than 1 tab open. Also, my in-room coffee machine didn't work.

In room kitchen, washer and dryer were so helpful. Room was free of bed bugs,nice and clean.

The room wasn’t fully clean, the front door didn’t work after one day, the front staff wasn’t really helpful.

Location Didn’t clean my room once. The amount of smell of weed in the elevators and corridors was too much.

Room could’ve been cleaner. The WiFi was terrible!!!!
