Courtyard by Marriott Jekyll Island

The concierge and staff were helpful and fast with getting the room, directions and things to do! Will definitely stay here again!

The room was fine. There were a few things to note - The toilet roll holder was broken which meant the toilet paper kept falling on the floor. The mini fridge is soooooo small so there was barely room for anything. No microwave meant leftovers from the restaurant got wasted or eaten cold. Speaking of the restaurant - the food was very mid. Ordered a salad but couldn’t eat it because it was dripping with dressing. The menu is very small and lacks a lot of fresh or healthy options. The breakfast times were confusing. Some of the waitstaff was perfectly lovely while others were sweaty and rude or were over-sharers to the max. Very weird. The access to the beach was great and the pool was really nice. The gym was also decent. Lots of space, an ok variety of dumbbells. Was able to still get a good workout each day. All in all it was fine. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Staff were all so friendly and helpful. I really felt welcome and nice property.

Property was clean and well maintained. We had an oceanfront king room with balcony and the view was beautiful. The restaurants we just ok but convenient. Good happy hour Can’t go wrong with Marriott hotel

Location Mattress a little too firm. A little wear in room from pets, chew marks on a piece of furniture

The breakfast was great and staff were friendly. The lobby and hallways were hot! The thermostat in the hallway by elevators read 78 degrees!

The common areas of the hotel were extremely hot! When we asked the staff was the air conditioning broken, we were told no. They reported that management does not allow them to turn the air down. It was miserable while we tried to have dinner at the hotel restaurant.

location AC in room 264 did not work and the room had a bad smell and the DEI ac repaiman had no ideal what to do should had got a refund

What beautiful accommodations! So much to do - outstanding pool, hot tub, outdoor games, dining in the property, Starbucks - and of course the beautiful beach and ocean! We will be back!

Great location on the beach. Pool lovely. Staff always “visible” and clearly kept property to exceptional standards. Very accomodating!

I loved the view, pool, hot tub, all the games available and the bar and restaurant. I don’t have any dogs but I loved seeing all the puppies on vacation with their owners! The bikes needed a little TLC

I liked the location. The room was small with no dresser, or microwave. The refrigerator did not work. The bathroom had mold along the bottom of the shower panels and needed to be cleaned/removed. Ate dinner one night at the restaurant on site and the food was terrible.

Our room didn’t have a dresser. Didn’t like having cloths all over the room. Housekeeping was challenging to organize

Beautiful location, lovely facility. Perfect hotel for our Jekyll Island visit.
