The room was clean. The linens were microfiber and stretched out. The bed in room 212 was pretty worn and sunk in on one side. The bathroom toilet had a weird sound like the fill valve was not working properly. The blind in the room was apparently out of the track. There was ample room if you had a small family for luggage and the kitchen area was nice. Although not on the beach it was within walking distance.

The Staff were excellent! The amenities and breakfast were excellent! The room was the problem, the bed room A/C was not working properly, the thermostats said it was 68 but could not be more wrong! The room was hot and air stagnant and at $299 a night, I would expect to be comfortable when sleeping. The second big thing is that Hilton traded comfort for style, granted not my taste. With that said, the only useable place to relax was a very uncomfortable love seat and a lot of empty space for sitting on the floor I guess. The layout of the room was horrible! There would be plenty of extra room for a regular couch and comfortable chair. And relocate the TV so you’re not having to turn your head sideways to watch it. Hiltons decorator has no ideas what the customer wants and that’s comfort, and It was not! I could not wait to get back home so I could stretch out. I just don’t think I would stay there again. But again, KUDOS to all of the staff at both Jekyll and St. Simons!

# Extremely Disappointing Stay – Multiple Maintenance and Safety Issues Our stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Jekyll Island was extremely disappointing, particularly given the number of maintenance failures and serious safety concerns we encountered. First, the electricity in our room repeatedly went out. We were eventually informed that this was a previously known issue, yet it took approximately 24 hours before the situation was addressed. Ultimately, we had to make a decision to move to another room because the electrical problem was not going to be fixed in our original room. Despite the considerable inconvenience, we were offered no discount, compensation, or additional amenities. Unfortunately, our second room had extremely poor water pressure, creating yet another problem during our stay. The laundry facilities were another significant disappointment. None of the washing machines or dryers worked reliably. They would apparently work for some guests but not others, making laundry particularly difficult for our large group, which was staying at the hotel for an event. One maintenance employee was kind enough to pay for some of our laundry out of his own pocket, and we appreciated his gesture. However, guests should never have to depend on an employee's personal generosity to compensate for malfunctioning hotel amenities. I also want to acknowledge that the night employee tried to be kind and helpful throughout most of these situations. She did what she could to assist u

It was nice . The water at the beach was extremely dirty.The hotel was nice.

The bed was horrible the water wouldn't get hot. My wife has to walk with a walker and they put us in the last room on the floor. That's why we left a day earlier.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean.

My husband and I throughly enjoyed our stay! Staff was friendly, hotel was clean, and the location was great! We will definitely visit this hotel in the future.

Close to shopping is a like, But I planned trip after school started so loud children wouldn't wake us too early and that's happened anyway😠

To start with if you need a place you can call your second home this Home2 suites is it. The best location the best staff and the nights sleep you will ever find in a home away from home. Great place to replace shop a little and eat local meals.

Great location. Very clean. Breakfast was decent. Most of staff were friendly. Thought pool would be bigger and didn't like it closed at 10pm.
