It was nice for a place to stay for my horse show.

I was suppose to get a room with a king bed and it was confirmed but owner had family coming in and the King went to them

This is a very simply hotel. Nice place, no fancy stuff. Stayed for a quick visit. Bob (manager) was super nice and made check in and check out a breeze. Side note: next door is Abby’s Legendary Pizza! IMO, the best pizza on the planet!! (I’m partial though)

It was okay, there was stains on the bed and the towels and not very clean. Everything. it was creepy and way too much money for what we got.

I loved stay there. Nice large room very friendly.

Not much in the way of amenities. Everything was clean and the room was nicely decorated. Staff was very nice and helpful. There are restaurants and fast-food nearby and its not far to a grocery store. We were selling our home and when all the furniture was gone, we still had work to finish. This hotel filled our needs very well. If you're looking for a good basic place to stay the Guest House is a good choice.

There was a leak under the sink in 138. Other than that it was great.

A smaller hotel away from U of O, but not too far away. 15min drive to airport. Prices were ridiculous in Eugene because of Nationals. Hotel was quiet. The room was enormous and there could’ve been a large couch to make it a more comfortable stay while in the room. Other than a couple food places nearby, most things close early

Front desk easily accessible and available if needing anything. Always clean and welcoming. Mostly likely will return if in the area again.

It is clean and well cared for. The folks were nice and friendly. The mattress was a bit hard for my taste.

No breakfast, closes place McDonald's Not too many eating places ...

Areas to improve- the room was dirty, shower towels old and dirty. The room had a dust/dirty smell. The mattress was squeaky and could feel the coils of the mattress. Ended up buying shower towels/ pillows cases and soap to have a decent night.

Convenient location for my purposes this trip

Room was dated, but clean, spacious and comfortable. Good sized fridge and table. Staff was friendly and location was perfect us.
