They put us on the floor right below the roof and loud music and banging all night and more banging in the morning. I asked for a manager to call me. Also the toilet was making popping sounding most likely due to pressure and splashing water on toilet seat and floor.

Kelly at the check-in desk was amazing! She was so fun, kind, and accommodating! The hotel is very nice and the rooms are gorgeous! We had very good service at the lobby bar and rooftop bar! We will be back!

Beautiful hotel, super welcoming staff upon checking in! We had drinks and lunch in the bar area and on the rooftop bar- food(Pizza was outstanding!) and drinks were great. One slight issue is that on Friday evening the loud music beat from the rooftop bar- could be heard in our 2nd floor room- would not stop me from a future visit.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. It was loud until around 2 am or so. Lots of laughing and loud people. Fine for one night but def not for a longer stay.
-
Perfect spot in middle of Kansas City with great amenities and very walkable neighborhood.

We had a really wonderful stay here. The only issue i had was our bed was terrible the first night I barely slept. When we came downstairs the front desk lady asked my how I slept and I was honest but mentioned the terrible sleep and I understand how not everyone is going to get a bed comfortable to them. She apologized and swiftly helped me she had maintenence change the bed while we were out I slept beautifully after this. She even sought me out the next day to ask if it was good. I really appreciated how personable and accommodating all the staff were. And the hotel is gorgeous.

Great spot for those who like to socialize! The rooms have a really nice aesthetic and with two bars and a restaurant there’s plenty to do before you head out!
-
The staff at the front desk were very unhelpful and quite condescending.
-
I’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times and I’ve always had an excellent experience. I will be back.

Best hotel in KC! Staff was all incredible, room was ready early and they were very kind for my husbands birthday with a complimentary wine in the room. Room was clean and pretty! Rooftop bar was great and everything was perfect. Zero complains 100% would recommend! Rooftop bar closed a little early but it was a Sunday so I understandable. Hopped down to the lobby bar.
