Truitt Hotel

Beautiful property, inside and out ... great neighborhood. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

We loved our stay at the Truitt. Beautifully decorated, clean, & friendly staff. It was an easy walk to the art museum.

The property is beautiful. Everything was very pretty and clean. The Internet was unusable the speeds were so slow. There wasn't a mini fridge or microwave in the room, so you can't keep drinks cold or heat up something. They did have a mini fridge at the small ice machine in the first floor, but I don't want to leave my stuff in a community area. The bed was a little firm for comfort, but not bad. There isn't any ventilation in the bathroom, so the shower steam fills up the whole area. Also, there is very little parking available, so we had to park on the street. They could easily remove a bush or two and add some slots. Overall, not a bad stay, but a little disappointing for the price.

Very nice hotel with good location

It was in a great location, bed was comfortable however we felt the amenities were a bit sparse compared to other places we stayed at. Overall it was fine.

The decor and atmosphere were both very inviting. We stayed in 1D downstairs. The room was very nice! The bed was comfortable. The property was amazing! Scored huge points with the wife for finding this hotel. She loved the decor!! It was the perfect place to stay while we were in KC celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary. Thanks for having us. It would be nice to have some sort of fan in the bedroom. The bedroom got very stuffy. It would also be nice if the ac would go cooler than 68. Please put a fridge in the room.

Cute area of town, easily accessible to shopping/food/event center The parking was very limited. Terribly quality of toilet paper & bed pillows had little to zero support. Poor lighting in the bathroom for makeup application.

The location was great, and the communication was excellent from start to finish. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

I loved the privacy, the cleanliness and the comfy bed! The Truitt is very nice place but I wish the price was a little more reasonable! Or maybe special discount for seniors or AAA?!

The perfect boutique experience. Nothing.

Small boutique hotel in great location with beautiful rooms that are clean & comfortable. Easy check in/ check out and free parking. Common sitting areas were not as comfortable as expected (compared to the Truitt East across the street). A little dark and there was no table with chairs (except for on the veranda). Otherwise very lovely.

Nice historic old home and well decorated. They had coffee in the common area down stairs , but it would’ve been nice to have a coffee maker in the room.
