Clean room reasonable parking fee accommodating staff

Our door would not shut all the way and we had no hot water for two days. Also, took several requests for clean sheets, and there were caterpillars crawling in the room. They refused to give us a refund.

Nice hotel, good location but next to a noisy road. Need more staff at check in. Stood in line almost 20 mins waiting to be helped. Make sure you check your credit card on check out. I was informed the incidental charges would be credited and only additional charge would be parking, but i was charged the resort fees again for each room. We had a better experience at other local hotels on previous visits to the area

Somewhat disappointed. Sink was stopped up on arrival, however it was repaired rather quickly. WiFi was non-existent. Room was very clean and staff was helpful. I would give it a 7 out of 10 for the price. I would stay again.

Staff was not friendly or helpful. We forgot a pair of shoes and pants.

Great hotel and pool!

The towels had a funny smell and I am not sure they were clean. Housekeeping did not do a good job cleaning each day.

The room was super clean and the staff was super courteous. I recommend the hotel and visit it again.

I left several rings when I checked out. The staff called me and held them at the front desk. These rings were worth quite a lot of money. I am so thankful and grateful that they did this.

Staff was very nice. Pool was great as well as the hot tub.

The towels had hair all woven into them and the cleaning ladies came in while we were out of our room and left their cleaning supplies in the room and left our belongings on the floor from the counter. The beds were not comfortable. Trying to get in and out of the hotel is not the easiest. Not in a good location.

Staff of the bus drivers was fantastic. Food was delish, the joint properties amenities usage was amazing and the staff was super helpful.
