Hyatt Vacation Club at Beach House, Key West

Property was in poor shape and all the balcony’s were off-limits due to “structural integrity” concerns

Very nice room with full kitchen and nice bathrooms. Mattress was a little soft for our taste. Please note the beach is not a beach. It us just a very small roped off area for kids. However, I was informed that there really are no beaches in Key West due to the coral reef. It was our first time there. The pool area and deck was nice with plenty of chairs but is was very small, warm and shallow. I would not want to be there when it was crowded. There is not much within walking distance so you need a car or Uber. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful place, spacious, clean & perfect location. You do see the sea and little space to sit around but no beach access. Just keep that in mind. Everything else amazing.

Just like being at home. No need for a car , used Uber and it was only 13-15$ anywhere you go. Already planning to come back

Very food

We had a great stay, everyone was pleasant and accommodating. I would only say the claim for a private beach was misleading. There was very little waterfront beach and only two Adirondack chairs on the entire beach area. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay

Villa was large 2 bed room 2 full bath with dining room, kitchen, living room, and patio area. In room laundry. On site tiki bar with food was good. We were able to save some money by preparing our own meals in the full kitchen. Beach area could use a little help but with storms you will have this. Overall great stay!

Great room, we stayed for a week, plenty of space, and highly recommend this Hyatt. Everything you need was in the room and on the property. Plenty of parking. Washer and dryer was great. Huge covered balcony.

The room was beautiful and spacious. I was disappointed by such a big beautiful bathroom that still had black mold spots on floor tile even after the tile was dry. It was surprising. Also, disappointing that the balconies were closed and then the pool was closed our last day. Even though it rained, there were parts of the day it didn’t. All in all it was a nice stay, but wasn’t worth the money.

The only down side to this property is the Tiki Bar closes at 7:00PM and that is the only place on the property to get food and drinks, other than a few soda machines. All in all a great property and significant savings vs. other properties closer to Duval St.

Property and room was clean. Tiki bar is too small only a few seats by the bar. Bartender Suzie was very nice!

The Hyatt was awesome. There were two things that were bothersome. The bartender at Jimmy's was very brash almost rude at times. We asked for a late checkout on Sunday, because our boat did not leave until 6:00pm. We was told no because they were closing the following week for an extensive cleaning.No apology just basically tough. This ended up costing us $25.00 each. If we had been told this when we booked we would have chosen another place. They were nice enough to let us check in early. We will not be staying here again.
