We went to Duval Street and Town Everyday, The Hilton KW Resort & Marina Shuttle Driver “Fausto” was a 15 Star!! He was so accommodating, professional, helpful people person, on time and just a Genuine Nice Guy! Wish everyone that we meant was like him!! Top Notch!!!!!👏👏🙌🙌 🌟🌟💫

They charge to many resorts fees at $52 a day. Even though you pay a numerous cost they have to many restrictions. We brought in outside food and was told we couldn't eat it in the courtyard which is attached to their restaurant. It shouldn't have mattered since know one was sitting there and you paid to stay there. The prices for food and drinks are outrageous. I wouldn't stay here again.

50 dollar daily resort fee for two bottles of water and a parking fee also On top of the nightly rate. I will choose somewhere else next time

Friendly Staff Nice Place

Dear Hotel Management I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Overall, our experience was wonderful. The staff at the hotel, and especially the team at the Yellowfin restaurant, were amazing. I would also like to extend a special thank you to Claudia in management for her assistance in improving our experience the following day. However, I must bring to your attention a very disappointing interaction with the front desk manager, Brian. He was extremely rude and gave us the worst service I have ever experienced at a hotel. As a frequent traveler, I do not believe his behavior is appropriate for a customer-facing role, let alone a management position. I hope this feedback helps you address these issues to ensure better service for future guests.

The cleaning staff is HORRIBLE, actual accommodations, terrible. Storage is non existent. Somedays they didn’t leave towels, made one bed, left the other unmade. Would not leave supplies like cups water. It was just terrible. Would never stay there again.

We arrived late around 8PM so difficult to see vista from room. However next morning a stunning view of sea was apparent. Nice balcony but a lttle warm to sit out

This was our second time to stay here and this place never disappoints. Staff is wonderful too

The location was good. Our room had a great view of the water. The shower had lots of water pressure which was nice. The air conditioning was not good. We could not contol temperature, our room was too warm. I did not like the coffee maker in a drawer. The staff forgot to replish the coffee, etc. The Food was mediocre. They need to have a bathroom by the pool. The hotel is still under renovation. The Staff was friendly and helpful.

If you want a quiet relaxing place far from Key West downtown- this is the place Far from Key West downtown. The most important- I had to wipe down all the furniture because was so dusty and even sand on the furnitures.

Construction work being done on several of the buildings restricted parking space, and closed several pools. A discount of $50 was given, but it would’ve been better without the construction restrictions there. If you wanna get coffee or breakfast, you must do it before 11 AM. There is no all-day coffee shop there.
