Executive Inn

In the shower were dirty towels that had been left from who knows how long. After leaving we were charged an extra fee for “stolen blankets”. We stripped the beds and left all blankets on the floor. No blankets were stolen. This place is a complete scam and I would strongly suggest you stay away.

The shower was hot and the bed was comfortable and clean fresh linens. I couldn't get the TV to work but I didn't try too hard, I was ready to get some rest. It could have been my just not operating it right. But not an issue, I came to rest.

Nothing Roaches / dirty towels and washcloths/ Nasty stained up mattresses/ none working smoke detector/ nasty chipped up tub and shower / missing trim on vanity / big hole in bathroom door casing looked like possible termites and the stench of old closet smell .

I booked a room with them paid and then get told they have no rooms

Smelled dirty Everything

The man runnimg the place was easy going and didnt bother us. The door lock was a little confusing but the guy stayed outside and talked my dumb self through it.

The staff were very professional and courteous. The two gentlemen running Executive Inn in Kilgore went above and beyond in providing exceptional customer service to my fiancée and I during our recent extended stay there. I hated the fact I had to move on. The hotel is great, very affordable, and in a convenient location.

They were cool. Not real friendly.

Cheap Roaches room smelled musty and could hear the people in the next room through the walls

We didn’t even stay and lost out on the money I paid. The smell was horrible, the sheets were dirty and there were roaches crawling around

First room 222 the door didn’t lock and window could be slide open from inside second room the inside door handle was broken the people ubove me were loud and disrespectful office didn’t do nothing about it and wouldn’t refund my money also has bed bugs and roaches

Front officw not overly accomodating. Spent 45 min trying to check in. I was the only customer. No exaggeration. Maybe it was an off night for them.

Rude staff. The room wasn't ready and turned me away twice so I went and stayed somewhere else. Don't waste your time going to this place. Horrible business.
