Reviews

Small refrigerator but it did have one in the room. It was very clean and bed bug free. Could hear street noise through balcony windows even with door closed. Very friendly staff. Nice to have restaurant on site. Husband was surprised to watch Seahawks on tv. Would recommend.

Good location. Staff had a pleasant attitude, but really didn't follow through on solving issues. Room's heater was not working and maintenance staff could not fix it. We were given a noisy space heater instead. The rooms on the main level are extremely noisy mostly due to cleaning staff pushing laundry carts down the tile floored hallway and slamming doors to back-of-house rooms.

Hotel and room are very clean and well appointed. Free coffee and tea in lobby in morning. Excellent location close to shops and restaurants. Refrigerator in our room was very noisy.

Maria N was especially helpful. We had a long travel day and she was so sweet and accommodating to come in and make up the bed for the pull out couch and bringing an extra comforter so it would be more comfortable. Her kindness was appreciated.
