Exceptional

The staff was warm and welcoming upon check in. The hotel provides complimentary champagne upon arrival, which was very nice. The room was beautiful, clean, and had a great view. We only stay at high end hotels for anniversary trips, and it was definitely worth it. Like all hotels, the only complaint I have is that there is only one type of pillow on the bed and I HATE squishy, flat pillows. Otherwise, the hotel and room were great!

Beautiful little hotel and great area. Love the closeness to restaurants and waterfront. They have a fun nightly snack bar that’s included in your resort fee that we thought was a nice addition. We’ll be back!

Staff was fantastic this trip! They are remodeling their fitness center and borrowing a near by one, we had to ask for location with a grounds staff and he was so polite and respectful he walked us to the gym ! We enjoy the ice bags that they prep for you and water bottles, great touch ! RAID the pantry is also nice gets you a few snacks to get ya buy cliff bars etc fantastic since needed something for the morning breakfast lol!

The views were spectacular and room was nice, but the hotel concierge front desk/ could have been more modern/friendly/professional. I felt there was a mismatch between the hotel grade and front desk service, including amenities. The spa puts its investment in modern equipment, however also not up to par with service (massage) I felt I could have walked into a mediocre massage parlor and got better massage.

Beautiful hotel… we will be back… lux greeting with champagne, great breakfast options next door, plush towels in room, comfy beds, and the Molton Brown of London Handsoap and body lotion smelled divine. Also, we had a great view of Lake Washington and being right on the lake, the evening walk was perfect with our dog (love that they are pet friendly).

Nice hotel in Kirkland. The room is comfortable. Make sure you get the view of the lake.

Very gracious at front desk for check in. Previous guest left food in fridge that was gross. Staff removed it and were very apologetic. Kenny provided a $50 credit for the oversight. We’ve stayed several times over the years still nice but guest rooms could use refreshing.

It was a beautiful and peaceful stay. Cleanliness was amazing and staff helpful and flexible.

We really loved our stay here! Beautiful views & right on the water. The room was also beautiful - absolutely loved the bathroom and the built in storage nooks above the sink. The bathtub and bed were both large and comfortable. We ate at the restaurant below and it was great. The parking was really convenient - easy to find spots in the garage & walk right into the hotel. Definitely would stay here again!

The hotel is very clean and well maintained with a beautiful view of lake washington. A very relaxing location.
