The room is ok , no the best. No updates since flamingo hotel. The sink from the bathroom almost falling. And the price is to high because of the water park. The water park is close. Please call before to ask about the water park. They only have one pool open.

The water park was close and they never communicate with me to let me know a really bad experience don’t recommend anybody go there

paid for a listing of an accessible double queen room for mobility with roll in shower. room was on second floor far away from the elevator, first red flag. then the door was super heavy and auto closing which is not accessible for a wheelchair. then there was not enough space to get around with a chair in the room, the beds were doubles not queens, and there was a standard tub not the advertised roll in shower. I called the office and they claimed that yes it was their accessible room because there were grab bars in the shower and next to the toilet. we paid a higher rate for an accessible room that was a lie.

The best thing that the hotel have is the staff of the restaurant area. So nice and kind they change my opinion of the hotel to better beceuse Ray and Barbara service was wonderful. Thanks both for your service

Wouldnt stay there again

price was decent but waterpark closed waterpark closed, rooms smells misty fungus smoke smell. hot tub closed. no breakfast. bad area. not good with kids

When I arrived to check in, I was informed that I had to pay a hotel tax of $100.00, which was more than the total cost of the three-night stay itself, even though taxes were supposedly already paid in the reservation. This is the first time I've ever experienced taxes not being included in the total cost. To me, it felt like a deception. They need to be upfront and clearly state the real price.

The property doesn't look well

Staff was friendly and very helpful. The tub had rust stain and the faucet leaked continuously which what probably resulted in the rust stain.. the water park was closes so we were unable to enjoy that.

The waterpark was closed during our stay, so they offered our room at a discounted rate which was really nice. Room was very clean and staff was efficient and polite. Would stay again.

The sheets were brightly white and the water pressure was great. The water park wasnt opened but still had to pay the same amount as if it was. Went with this place for the water park for my kids. There were roaches. We killed 4 while there and two babies we been run under dresser. The cute Ian's has holes in them. The ac leaked and it smelled horrible of mold. My son who is alright to mold needed up with a running jose and my mom with cold had a hard time breathing while In the room.

El personal y las instalaciones estaban en perfectas condiciones solo deben dar más variedad diaria en el buffet de desayuno y no di las 5 estrellas solo 4 porque la piscina de chorreras acuática estaba cerrada, pero con ella abierta son 5 estrellas al 100%

Staff was very welcoming. It was last min booking, everything was smooth until I checked in, first rm smelled like mold so I requested another rm, staff was very understanding and pleasant, my rm was changed immediately once I arrived in the second rm there was a pest problem roaches coming from under the desk was disgusted and uncomfortable I will never book again, I checked out 8am the next morning. The hotel need to be renovated its very run down and outdated.. pictures on the website looks totally different. I did not take any pictures because I was in shock and immediately took action my kids was scared.
