The customer service was terrible, the shower only had cold water, there were bugs alive and dead walking around l, the walls were disgusting! I don't recommend to anybody!

Best a/c in the world mad freezer, but room need a lot work bathroom door look like a back yard toilet was loose

Everything was good aside from 2 things in the room, 1 being the tap was leaking to the sink and something was clearly blocking the sink as water was just sitting. The other being the cupboard door for the fridge was broken and hanging by a single screw.

Horrible!!! Las fotos son con inteligencia artificial, el lugar es horrendo, y el servicio pésimo. Para empezar nada es como se ve en las fotos, el cuarto apestaba a humedad, soy asmática y no podía respirar dentro de la habitación. Es un hotel donde vive gente, las camas sin comforter, frisa, etc Las paredes y techo, adentro y afuera con humedad, todo sucio. El jovencito de front desk es un irrespetuoso, prácticamente nos ignoró mientras veía un video en su dispositivo, nunca nos resolvió, solo decía que no podía hacer nada, que estaba solo y no había manager. Le pedimos ayuda con el smart tv que no se conectaba al internet y literalmente nos dijo que allí era así y que el internet va y viene. Perdimos 2 noches, nos fuimos por que no nos quisieron cambiar de habitación porque aparentemente todas eran igual, y tampoco quisieron darnos un reembolso parcial. Les aconsejo no botar su dinero porque les aseguro que se van a desilusionar. Tengo fotos y pueden ver que no es lo que venden. Siento que nos asaltaron y engañaron.

La limpieza estuvo más o meno, la persona que me atendió en la recepción tiene que ser un poco más comunicado activo y apático, el cuarto nesecita un poco de cariño en la pintura, pero lo de más estu o bien.

Roaches in the bathroom. Bed sheets smelled like they haven’t been washed in a while.

Honestly, I did not like anything I came in and the boy was more about his phone then helping me then he told me to fill something out so I did and then he stopped to yell at me and said don’t do that when he literally told me to fill it out he then gave me a room that was in the very back after I requested a front sided room. Once I got to the back room 228 I believe it was. I was horrified to see the sheer mess that was outside and then the drug deal that was happening right outside the door from the room below me proceeded into my room and at first it looked decent enough, but looking a little closer I immediately ended up killing a roach, but I needed to sleep so I just didn’t say anything woke up several times to yelling what seemed like a woman getting beat up children’s throwing things against the windows. Sorry, I took a shower when I went to take a shower. I noticed that there were holes in my tub where the drains were full out. Holes didn’t look like it was attached to any drains. Was unable to shower. Went back to sleep toilet won’t flush all the way and was extremely dirty. Went back to sleep. Woke up about 1 o’clock itching like crazy and full of bedbug bites, I left tried to go to the office. The office was closed. Nobody was there. It was locked no numbers to call. No nothing.

Front desk is useless.

Very disappointing experience. The hotel is in very poor condition and clearly needs urgent maintenance. As soon as you walk in, the smell of dampness and moisture is extremely strong and unpleasant. It was honestly difficult to stay in the room because of the odor. The facilities look neglected, outdated, and poorly maintained. The overall condition of the hotel does not match what you would expect when paying for a hotel stay. I would not recommend this hotel in its current condition. Management seriously needs to address the maintenance issues, especially the moisture and strong musty smell throughout the property.

I like the staff. The staff was nice and pleasant. They were the only thing I’d say was nice about the property. I don't know when the website photos were taken or which room they showed, but the room I was in smelled bad and had roaches. The bathroom was cleaned, which made me question if anything else in the room was clean. The floor had a sticky film on it. I spent $40 on cleaning supplies to feel comfortable in the room for the short time I was there. The parking lot is full of potholes and uneven pavement, and when it rains the floods. Some of the tenants constantly used marijuana which you could smell from the parking lot and permeated into the rooms.

It was utterly disgusting. I mean, you truly get what you pay for the toilet in the room was not even flushed. It was the dirtiest most disgusting hotel room and facilities I’ve ever seen it took them a half hour to even get to the front desk to check me in I could not stay there. I slept in my car at the airport instead that’s how disgusting this place was. They weren’t even blankets on the bed. The sheets were dirty. They were bugs. There were dust Everywhere. The shower was dirty. It was horrendous.

Room served its purpose, plumbing needs to be updated as the water pressure wasn’t the best and the faucet sprayed a lot of water onto the counter. It smelled like a basement when we got in but the AC was set to 75 I set it to 72 and the smell went away. Room could use some fresh paint. But those are minor, the room door was really hard to open or close without using some force, but it added a little extra security after it was locked. It would have been nice to have actual blankets instead of just the sheets, especially since the AC works very well. But all in all not a bad place if you just need a place to sleep for the night. We actually didn’t spend any time in the room all we did was sleep there as we were in the area for other events. If you’re looking to vacation this may not be the hotel for you. But if you just need a place to literally just sleep for the night, this is worth it.

Not clean. Not quiet. No staff to check us in - had to call and wait. Door to room barely shut - could see daylight through it so didn’t feel safe. Bathroom door scraped floor. No blankets in room. No coffee in lobby in the morning as lobby didn’t open until 10am.

AIR CONDITIONING WAS FINE. THERE WAS RARELY EVER ANYONE AT THE FRONT DESK, DOOR LOCK DIDN'T OPEN ON SEVERAL OCCASSIONS. OTHERWISE, I GUESS FOR THE MONEY, IT WAS OK.

This place should not be listed in HOTEL.com. It was horrible.Run down place, I was in fear for my life. People live there and a fight broke out next door to my room and the person was screaming “I’m going to kill you!” I had to hide in the bathroom until it calmed down I thought bullets would fly any minute!! “ I hid until I was able to pack up my car and leave!! Don’t EVER book at this hotel!! The place is run down and dangerous. I was tricked…it said “Boutique Hotel” I thought it was going to be nice. There were no amenities! No blankets, iron, coffee maker, hair dryer…NOTHING!! Just fear!!! IT WAS HORRIBLE!!

Room door didn’t close all the way. There were lines of ants and roaches along wall. There was a hole in the bathroom door and the room had a moldy, musty scent to it. There was water damage on the ceilings. Pictures of the property were enhanced with AI. The pool was a greenish color from the algae. When we went to check out, no employees were at the front desk so everyone was leaving their room cards on their counter. Just all around a bad experience and this place should be condemned to be honest.

I booked on Expedia. I tried to call hotel but no one picked up the phone. I reached hotel on 4th July at 4pm. Reception is closed and put a phone to call. After calling someone came and gave electronic door key but did not work. Again got it replaced. Inside room stinks. Good thing is microwave and small fridge. No hangers to hand cloths. Blanket is too thin to face cold. Maintain Ed is too bad.
