SpringHill Suites by Marriott Irvine Lake Forest

THe room was fine. Breakfast was better than usual. My mine complaint is that they charged my credit card for the room even though it was already paid for on Expedia. When I called they did immediately refund the money and blamed it on a "new billing person." This seems like a pretty poor excuse. How do you hire a billing person who does not know not to charge twice for the same room.

You need someone new at the front. The lady didn’t explain anything, you couldn’t even hear/understand her. She never mentioned a charge for parking. When we needed extra linens we went to the front desk to ask and hours later after not receiving them we went back to ask and had to wait because she wasn’t at the counter.

Hotel in a great location with many food options in the parking lot. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel and room was clean and spacious.

Room was clean staff was very nice and helpful. Had to pay for parking but was very secure and safe. Breakfast was good and had lots of options. Our son just moved to the area We will definitely be staying here again

I showed up to this hotel late.. with my three children. When I arrived they told me they actually had no vacancy & that it was a “glitch” in the system.. I wasn’t able to find another hotel unfortunately. So we ended up sleeping in the car. The staff wasn’t resourceful at all and didn’t care about us not having a room.. yet still had the audacity to charge me for a stay.. DONT STAY HERE

The carpet in the rooms seemed run down. The property was clean but due to the carpet it just felt dirty

Armando the staff at the counter treat us with so much kindness . Parking is also convenient . The area is close to everything

Our go to when we come to Cali, convenient and close to family. No pool but they give you access to their property across the street.
