A/C issues, broken phone frustrating stay

The staff was great! They were gracious to let me check in about an hour early because I had an event to prepare for. The hotel lobby area was clean and well maintained just like my room. Only gripe was that the tv was inoperable but otherwise I had a great experience.

Loved the location near the monorail. I would have like a towel hook in the shower area. There was a rack over the toilet but a towel hook would be a nice addition on the opposite wall.

We loved the staff they were do helpful and attentive and willing to make sure we were taken care of and weren't having any problems. The housekeeping was the same way. They offered help anytime we needed it. The first room we were given had small ants in it but they switched us to a different room also the pool seems a little run down. It smells a little weird. Hopefully they can fix that. The store is convenient but a little pricey.

The staff members I’ve encountered are very welcoming—my entire trip was fantastic. The room I stayed in was exceptional and I got a pretty amazing view of the sphere, ferris wheel, and Wynn from the third floor. Might I add, the personal care products provided from the hotel smells remarkable. The bathroom was tidy and shower was easy to work with (I’ve had trouble in the past where some hotels’ shower knobs are too ‘fancy,’ it took a little over 20+ secs to figure it out). Furthermore, the mini areas in the lobby (for study time or if you want some time to just relax) are cozy and a nice touch! I forgot the staff member’s name but she was super accommodating. I wanted to order drinks but had forgotten my ID; yet, the staff told me that I was perfectly fine because the hotel could look up my information and verify my age. Several hotels I’ve stayed at in Vegas before would turn me down. This instance was something I was very appreciative of. The drinks (water included) and snacks I purchased were reasonably priced too, in comparison to staying on the actual strip. Another thing in particular that I like is that getting to other places (restaurants, liquor store, gas station, etc.) outside of the strip was pleasantly convenient. I will most definitely book at this hotel in the future when I come visit Vegas again. I wish I would’ve taken photos of the interior. It’s understandable; however, I didn’t quite like the $15 fee for parking/nightly. Finally, the last thing I found a bit inconvenient is that you’ll have to walk to the lobby of the hotel if you want to utilize the microwave—wish there would’ve been one in the room.

I had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard Marriott on Paradise Road. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout my stay. It was also a convenient location for attending a concert at the Sphere, making it easy to get there and back. I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Las Vegas.

I love the convenience of being across the street from the convention center And close to the monorail. Facility is clean. Bar drinks were good. Atmosphere is peaceful and calm. Not noisy at all. Guess where pleasant. Staff was great! Nothing
