• Cleanliness: They really need to emphasize cleaning the property on a daily basis. • Bunk Amenities: I am not sure why they don't provide basic necessities like a personal light and electrical plug points for every bunk bed. Charging your devices comfortably should be a baseline standard. I came to Las Vegas with the sole purpose of visiting the Grand Canyon, booking a tour directly through this hostel 11–12 days in advance. Unbelievably, due to a lack of double-checking on their part, they messed up my booking and I completely missed my tour. This ruined the entire purpose of my trip.

Free breakfast, friendly staff… This hostel is located in the worst part of LV. Hookers, fentanyl addicts, you name it, I didn’t feel safe at all during my stay here. There was no soap to wash our hands in the restroom, and there was just a shriveled up bar of soap to use. This is a young person’s hostel, but they played obnoxious EDM music for hours? Which god old quickly. Do yourself a favor, save up some money, and get a hotel.

I booked this hostel from its 9.2 rating on hotels.com. It was so bad I didn’t even stay the night there, I booked a hotel instead. The hostel is a literal inconvenience from its location down to their rooms. I drove in and had to park my car outside of their gate. Thank god no one else was parked there or else I would have to wait somewhere else. I go inside and attempt to check in. There were ten people also waiting to check in who couldn’t because they wouldn’t allow anyone to check in early. I waited almost an hour from the check in time in order to get into my room. The lobby was also hot AF and it was not very clean. If you are driving, their gate has to be manually opened with a code and you have to pull it open yourself. Not safe especially as the hostel is right off the street. You have to enter the gate code multiple times for it to open and it does gets stuck on the rails. Imagine coming back after a late night and dealing with that. Hostel staff leaves at 11pm, so you are on your own if it gets stuck. The hostel is in a crappy part of town with rampant homelessness. I’ve stayed in areas before like and never felt unsafe until I stayed at this hostel. Also there is only 1 shower for 8 people in the room. Needless to say I never came back after my concert.

This is the best hostel in Las Vegas, with many repeat guests--last time I visited I asked around and counted eight. The common areas and staff are so inviting that I'd rate this best even if they didn't serve coffee and a simple breakfast every day. That start to the day seals my admiration. It's available 8am-10am as of my last visit. The hostel rooms are cleaned every day but degrade a bit as guests use the single bathroom, which is normal. If you're finicky, maybe shower in the mid afternoon? Six person rooms are nicer than eight person rooms, not just because fewer guests--there's privacy curtains. I'm former military so I choose the eight person room. If you are a light sleeper then NO hostel is best for you. Quiet hours are observed but since guests come in late (I do!) there's a bit of noise just finding the bunk and getting in, and this is normal as well.

A great hostel experience with inclusive breakfast and likeminded individuals. Everyone is respectful and the location is near the transit station and walkable to freemont street.
