Starting from the office, had a very strong odor including the rooms that i booked. I have to spray the rooms daily with air freshener inorder to stay in there. Secondly, the linens need to be replaced. They have worn out and look disgusting.

Absolutely, reported Microwave was not rotating, never fixed or replaced. I am on a special diet and needed it to work properly to prepare my meals. Batteries in tv remote was weak and could not turn off tv. Breakfast offered was a joke.
