Homewood Suites by Hilton Syracuse/Liverpool

Superb

Room was spacious and clean. Property under renovations...lobby

Great spot near the airport

Room was clean and well equipped. This hotel was being remodeled/updated during my visit. This was not revealed during the booking process and was not refundable after booking when the remodel was then communicated. I would not have booked this hotel knowing it was under remodel. The whole lobby area was inaccessible except for a front desk area and the breakfast area was relocated to a small room where you had to prepare a to go meal and taken back it back to your room. Unacceptable for the price I paid to stay at this location.

Exceptional

Property under construction.

Good

Shuttle drivers were fantastic. Best shuttle drivers I've had. Very friendly and personable. They are renovating and you have to walk all the way around the building outside to get to the lobby.

Great place to stay one day or have a longer layover. The room had a small kitchen with everything you need for simple meals, a sitting area to relax and a separate room to sleep. Could def stay here for extended period.

The staff truly support my needs. TOP NOTCH Support.

It is so difficult to grab the breakfast. The overall experience is above average only due to the renovation project. Otherwise I could give it a higher rating.

We paid for a room with a fireplace, and the fireplace wasn't working. In fact, the staff said none of the fireplaces work. That is false advertising.

The 2 room suite was a great option for our family of 6. All rooms are newly renovated.

The roomier elbow space, good temperature off the bat. Very charming room. Home like atmosphere from greeting, room, and breakfast. Good coffee ! nothing. very new and clean atmosphere.

Great hotel—Clean room, the site was fantastic with full kitchen, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The tv room was comfortable and spacious. Updated fixtures and decor. The only challenge was the need to leave our room to go over to the main building for breakfast. It’s much easier if breakfast is served closer to the sleeping rooms.

Very good

I like my parents having an apartment like stay in the neighborhood. I only wish as a local resident, I could afford such wonderful accommodations on the rare occasions they need to stay near me. This was a medical reason again and the privacy matters. Two weeks from now, I would love for them to have a vacation stay, but the price doubles for the same room☹️

Breakfast was great. Child friendly options.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms seem to be updated with modern decor. We stayed in a room with a high ceiling. I can appreciate that. Very clean. We will definitely stay again.

The room was great! It was comfortable and we were able to relax before and after the concert we went to. The staff was very nice and were able to set us up with a shuttle to the train station.
