70’s hotel in Serious disrepair, it was a room - that was it.

Despite the amenity of “Airport Shuttle “ being advertised; not upon our arrival nor our departure was the shuttle available. But worse was the despicable behavior of management “Jason” who stated several times what amounted to he had no control of his employees who evidently refused to do their jobs as he says “write a bad review, I do not care”. We travel often and have never been treated so poorly. We are disputing the charges of the hotel since we had to pay our $64 in taxi & uber fees.

Traveled from England with very late flight the late check in time was so handy. Staff wherw lovely and helped with any issues I had one being need real milk for my tea as an example and of course able to keep this fresh in the fridge comfy bed breakfast tv iron microwave plenty of fresh towels

Maintenance staff was quick & helpful switching out broken TV Halloween decorations were a bit much

Overall good stay, I can tell they are working on the hotel and fixing it up. Still a ways to go but looking good, everything was very clean and the workers were very nice and helpful. It will be better once they open the pool for use and once they serve food in the restaurant/bar. Bartender was great on 10/9/26 but I did not catch his name.

The pool was in maintenance for few days

The pictures were nothing like the actual hotel. There was construction going on so plugs and wires in the hall, the pool was closed and the room was dirty. The air conditioner barely worked and the tv didn’t work at all.

Clean room

While the property itself was satisfactory, a gas leak resulted in a three‑hour delay to my morning, which significantly affected my plans. The shuttle ride was adequate, but the overall stay was less seamless than hoped.

Breakfast was a disaster, cold scrambled eggs bacon not cooked well, potato hash tray empty, tables not cleaned, staff not available. Rooms are only attended to when leave or after 3 days, had to go to front desk to get clean towels.

Close to airport. The shuttle didn't run due to an emergency. I had to lay an extra $28 and was told to email the mgmt about it. Haven't heard anything back. It was so noisy!! Up to 1-2am!

Location to our primary destination; Reasonably priced; Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. The pool was closed for maintenance.

took shuttle to airport and vehicle had trash strewn around on floor, in seat back. Bathroom hair dryer did not work, missing light bulb over sink. Loud construction noises up to about 9pm

Room was dirty with garbage on the floor/under the beds on arrival. Mystery goo on the shower walls/toiletries. Gnats in the bathroom. A/C didn't work. Staff not available at check in/out. Most of the floor we were on appeared to be under construction with all the doors propped semi-open - pretty creepy to go down halls at night with kids!

The room was clean and well kept. I noticed that one of the lamps and some of the outlets were not working. For the price it was decent and I would likely stay again.

Run, don’t walk from this place. For a similar price you can find a room at a decent hotel chain.

Hotel was going through renovations. 1st room heat a/c unit didn't work. TV had no signal. Was told hotel was booked at check in. Choice given to staff was a different room or immediate refund to go elsewhere. Professional handling of situation was resigned to a different bed. Lost king size bed to 2 double beds however, bed was very comfortable. Again the staff was exceptional 👏
