Very well appointed, decor and details are amazing. Staff very helpful. Noisy street but normal for DTLA

The location is perfect. Took a while to get bath supplies.

Wow, such a wonderful location love this place. The view here is stunning and such a lovely place to stay makes you feel like your in city but above it.

I liked the security features with door codes and elevator codes. Very safe. Nice layout and great view The water couldve been a little hotter in the shower

Good place to stay

I loved everything about this property. I would absolutely stay here again. The rooms were wonderful and clean. The staff was very helpful. I had some wonderful cocktails while I was on the roof at the pool. Met very nice people who are also visiting as well as the staff whose very kind.

We had an excellent stay. The staff was so friendly and our room was perfect. It was stylish and warm. We would love to stay again for our next LA visit.

El edificio es muy antiguo y le falta mantenimiento. No repararon la caja fuerte, aunque se lo solicite el primer día de mis 5 noches. Uno de los días no hicieron la limpieza habitual del cuarto , solo cambiaron paños. No fue un desastre.. pero tampoco de mi agrado.

Nice enough hotel in DTLA but it's a bit shabby for the price. I booked King on a high floor only to have to accept a 4th floor unit because they didn't know when I would be able to check in (after 4) BTW check in was 4. I had appointments at 5 so I accepted the offer. Room was very noisy. Rooftop bar /DJ night club was a bit annoying, loud and all around a bit much. On a positive note the bed was very comfortable. Honestly I'm so tired of this check out 11 check in 4 policy everywhere now. Honestly what are we paying for? Tip for management... maybe have a few news channels available that lean a bit more neutral? It was all GOP cheerleader talking heads. Not the best decision in LA. Just sayin...

Loved the historical look. Also there was a red carpet event going on where we got to see from our balcony.

love the location, plus it's so easy to check in and out. so much easier than a traditional hotel. i love the style of the rooms, and the building is beautiful. the staff is wonderful if you need help with anything. the only thing that isn't great is the water pressure, but it's an historic building so that's kind of expected
