Great housekeeping and staff. I loved the decor and the size of the room. Great Bed. Though the location is a bit sketchy it does have many restaurants. Safety issue: the bathroom needs a grab bar to hold on to in case you fall, especially since the door does not lock. A coffeemaker would go a long way to making this stay more comfortable. It is not convenient to have to get dressed and walk 2 blocks for a cup of coffee to start the day. The price was fantastic!

The property was nice. I will be coming back.

We stayed one night so that we could attend a concert. We stayed in one of the penthouses as there were 8 of us. The room was nicely decorated and clean. The beds are memory-foam mattresses. They were comfortable but can be a bit warm. The penthouse is not attached to the main hotel building where the lobby or parking lot is located. It is located about two blocks away. So an awesome employee, Nathan, met us at the penthouse, helped us unload our luggage, then we had to park and check in at the main lobby. After checking in, we walked back to the penthouse. It was a bit unexpected and time-consuming due to all the one-way streets and closures however, the general working theory seems simple enough. We interacted with two absolutely amazing employees. Nathan and Abby. They were very nice, helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of.

The bed was so comfortable and the AC was nice and cool. Had the best sleep. Thank you.

The room we got was basically a personal apartment and had every amenity we needed! it was a great stay and would definitely come back again!! staff was very helpful and the glory burger right outside was a great late night eat!

GREAT place! Will definitely be staying here again. It was convenient for me to stay in because of the distance for something I had to do in DTLA. Staff is so friendly and accommodating. They helped me out when I was waiting awhile for my ride to get me. Staff here really cares about people and they work hard. And the rooms are very, very nice. I really liked it.

Don’t be put off by the area. The hotel rooms were very spacious and safe. Beds were also very comfortable. I would stay again!!

Great customer service! Nice decor, comfortable bed! Area is struggling in spots, but everyone is friendly and some great restaurants and an unique shopping area! Will definitely return!

My only concern was having 2 portable air conditioning units in the room. Move to ductless.

I booked this penthouse for our bachelorette group and we had such a great time!! We each had our own bed and a lot of living room space. We loved the little patio too!

Had a quick one-night stay here and was happy with the experience. The place was clean and well maintained, and parking was closeby and a good price.

Not a good Area , especially in the night

Stayed for one night and really liked the vibe of the apartment. The apartment was clean, the hotel was well maintained, and all the staff are nice and approachable. Having nearby cafes is a plus!

We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed it. The hotel offered to store our luggage since we had a later flight which helped us out a lot. The room was very simple but we liked having the kitchen and laundry inside.

I was here for a conference and it was a nice place to stay after a long day of sessions. We were also able to walk to a few restaurants.

Everything was great. The front desk staff is super helpful and welcoming.
