The hotel itself is near a sketchy area, would recommend to uber there if you can. Other than that, the hotel is amazing. All staff were helpful and accommodating. We managed to check in early for a fee, but it was worth it and the room was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Hotel felt safe and the parking garage was also locked and only accessible to hotel guests.

The hotel is great The breakfast is just ok and if you need to order food to the hotel - you have to get it yourself it’s not possible for a driver to get to the lobby

Besides being a little hard to locate because of only having a small sign on the door the property was perfect. Helpful staff and comfy beds!

The hotel was great. Location great, great staff, definitely needs more parking, although not a problem for myself because I paid for ahead of time with the room. Room and hotel were both clean.

This place is awful. It does not have proper insulations so you could hear everything. The people walking on the hallway next-door, closing the door showering the people on top it. It’s really hard to sleep and they have construction workers banging on the wall next-door to me all day and there’s somebody on top of me walking all night and the cleaning ladies they start early and you can hear the vacuuming all morning. This place is located in the ghetto. The breakfast is not a full breakfast. It’s just pastry. They don’t have a microwave so there was no way for me to heat up my food.

This hotel was super clean. I was impressed by the 24-hour desk service and the lockers for checking bags.

Great location, less than 5 minutes from major freeways but safe and quiet neighborhood feel. Excellent parking, reasonable rates. Entire property is spotlessly clean and comfortable. Staff is wonderful. Have stayed in both urban and view rooms, both were really nice. Now my go-to stay for downtown LA work trips. Would be nice to have microwaves in the rooms since there are not many restaurants nearby

Very clean and modern room and common areas. Grab and go baked goods, muffins, apple turnovers, croissant sandwiches, scones, etc. from Homeboy were nice for breakfast. Coffee machine was great with lots of coffee and tea options. Filtered water also available in lobby. Very secure - key card access needed for multiple areas. There was some slight area noise in the evening, but by bedtime it was very quiet. I very much enjoyed my stay and would stay again. Probably not an area you are going to walk around in, but very convenient to LA sites.

Great hotel, great staff, gated parking, super clean. Very cool computerized coffee, cappuccino beverage machine. The breakfast pastries were top notch. If I need to be in LA and have the means, I would defintely stay there again.

I like the short walks to get food and retail stores for whatever you needed Nothing much really other than no microwave in the rooms or lobby
