Appena arrivato ho trovato una stanza fatiscente con aria condizionata degli anni 80 rumorosissima e inefficiente, In letto con lenzuola sporche piene di capelli e peli. La cucina con gli armadi rotti di pessima qualità (tavole di truciolato dipinte) e padelle vecchie d corrose. Rubinetto sul punto di rottura wc che non ricaricava l’acqua per colpa della valvola difettosa che quindi perdeva 24/7. Segnalatala situazione mi è stata proposta una stanza in un sottoscala davanti alla porta elettrica di un garage condominiale, rumorosissimo ad ogni apertura (palazzo in manutenzione) con un deumidificare ancora più rumoroso dell’aria condizionata. chiaramente ho rifiutato chiedendo di sistemare la mia per il giorno seguente. Eccezion fatta per le lenzuola e una pentola, nessun altro problema è stato mai risolto. Per avere una risposta ho atteso una settimana. Struttura da evitare come la peste! Non dovrebbe essere mai venduta! Orribile

The property looks beautiful and well-maintained in the pictures, but unfortunately, our actual experience was very different. There were several issues from the moment we arrived. The lock on the side entrance to our unit was broken, so the door would not properly lock. Then, our main entrance door locked us out, and we had to wait approximately 20–30 minutes for someone to come assist us. This was extremely inconvenient and should not have happened, especially at a property hosting paying guests. The unit itself had several other issues. There was a strong mold-like smell every time the AC turned on, which was very concerning. The bed was extremely stiff and uncomfortable. The shower would randomly turn on by itself when no one was using it, which was unsettling. The TV was usable, but the picture/overall quality was very poor. The location is definitely convenient, and that was one of the positives of the stay. However, the condition of the unit, the maintenance issues, and the way certain situations were handled made the stay very disappointing. I would also strongly encourage the owner/management to reevaluate how their employees communicate with guests. Some of the communication came across as unprofessional and made an already frustrating situation even worse. Overall, the property has potential, but the experience did not match what was presented in the photos. Based on our experience, I unfortunately would not recommend staying here.

NEVER stay on this PLACE. SEE the pictures. The unit you provided has a strong mold smell that has severely affected my wife, who has bronchitis. She was unable to sleep the entire night and had to stay outside the room to avoid the mold odor, which is exacerbating her respiratory condition. You offered another room with the same issues. The room had no towels, the bed sheets were as you can see from the pictures never cleaned. I had a terrible experience with my room and i moved to a different hotel. The unit you provided has a strong mold smell, and there are no blackout curtains on the windows. The bed sheets never cleaned. No towels and the offered towels that i had to pick up from the laundry were in horrible. I asked for another available room for us and they were exactly in the same bad condition. I tried to cancel the stay and no response. I ended up getting another hotel.

The only thing I liked about the property was the location and the ease of check-in. Unfortunately, the room was very disappointing. There was visible mold on the ceiling, including areas where it appeared to have been painted over instead of properly addressed. There were bugs, stains, dirt, and the room was not properly clean. The condition of the room did not match the photos or description provided when I booked. I took photos during my stay to document the condition of the room.

Rooms seem newly renovated. Not kept clean. I’ve stayed in cleaner places for $20 a night.

Avoid this property - air is unbreathable due to humidity and there is mold. This is a health & safety concern. We couldn't sleep well at night due to the extreme poor quality of the air.

The location is perfect if going to an event at the Convention Center as it was only 2 blocks away and The New World Center is another block around the corner. Close to the strip of restaurants. Room was clean for the most part. Perfect for 2 people. Two issues I had. One, I did not like the check in process. They do not have a front desk so you have to call a number to be sent the codes when you arrive. Two, the hotel is directly on a main street so it can be noisy.

Room was small but perfect for two travelers. Location was perfect and easy access to resturants and most importantly the beachh. Some what easy to get into and the codes worked. I liked that I need a gate code plus a door code. Clean but the street lights came in and some street noise. There could be better blackout shades. I would stay here again but would need a bigger room for a family.
