Holiday Inn Express & Suites Miami Airport East by IHG

How nice the staff was and how clean the room was. The location, you could hear the planes flying over throughout all day and night.

The hotel is very close to the airport and rooms are very spacious, perfect for traveling with lots of luggage. The location is convenient but then the planes take off very close to the hotel and you can hear them super loud. The information about the shuttle times is not in the third party websites so it's not always available. It was overall very noisy

Pleasant

Superb

Great location for an overnight stay Airport shuttle is easy Spacious rooms. Good hot breakfast.

I loved being right by the airport. As an avgeek, I had the opportunity to watch planes take off from my window. For anyone that is an avgeek, I highly recommend this hotel! It has amazing facilities like a fridge and a microwave so if you wanted to make your own food, you can do it so easily. I loved it!

Everything Nothing

I chose this hotel because the airport shuttle was included and available until 11:00 pm. I even received a message with a number to call when I arrived confirming the 11:00 availability. When we arrived the shuttle was not available and I had to pay $30 for a cab to get to the hotel. The hours had changed but not updated online or in their messaging. Very disappointing! Other than this the hotel was nice.

Clean simple, functional, perfect for overnight stay. A few of the breakfast machines were out of use. I guess it happens.

Breakfast was great nothing

Clean, comfortable rooms So close to the airport that you hear the planes all night

It was just an overnight stay but good place to stay. We left some clothing behind but couldn’t come right back to get it but when we did they still had it. Thank you house keeping! Breakfast could have been a little more selection but good otherwise.

Exceptional

Clean room, great breakfast, wonderful staff and very close to the airport and car rental garage with the monorail rides!

Staff was wonderful

The room was clean, the facilities were clean and our stay was great!

I booked this hotel for the airport shuttle. When I called to ask about it the rude person said no shuttle after 9. My flight got in at 9. The website says 9:30. This is a hotel by the airport, really 9:00 pm. Won’t book that again.

A very nice hotel; I would definitely stay here again. Good service, very close to the airport, and nice facilities. The only thing I would improve is the breakfast.

An excellent hotel—spotlessly clean, with a great breakfast. Javier went above and beyond to help us, delivering exceptional service with genuine hospitality.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Close to the airport.
