Miami International Airport Hotel

Room was clean and comfortable. The hallways on the floor where the room was located and in the room itself had a strong smell of marijuana which was disappointing.

Disappointing

Simple, clean room for an overnight or long layover at the Miami airport. Expensive but convenient. No bottled water in room and 16oz water in vending machine was $10 😳

Amazing

it is located inside the Miami airport and due to a delayed plane we missed our connection and needed a room for the night. It was extremely convenient to check in and just go to our room. We did not require a cab or a shuttle or to go off the property. This also made it extremely easy to be there for our flight out the following morning, I would definitely recommend this hotel if you need to be in or near the Miami International Airport. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious enough. It had a restaurant on the top floor however we got there late and left early so we were not able to try it.

The location is superb, within the airport, and on the transit route from arrivals to BA/AA departures, and in close proximity to mutiple food outlets and mini marts. Excellent sound proofing. Our room was a little bit tired, but spotlessly clean and accessoried.

Being based at the airport I have been charged twice for a one night stay. My reservation was cancelled despite clearly stating that we would be arriving on sat morning. I was charged for one night on 21st September 2026. They have proceeded to charge me another USD309.00 on 8th October 2026. I am so angry because it was their fault in the first place and my reservation had been cancelled and had to rebook on arrival.

Our room was clean and close to most transportation options.

Upon check in, I was notified that I had booked two rooms, which was contrary to my confirmation #. I spent an hour on the phone attempting to rectify issue with Hotels. Com because the Desk clerk was adamant about I had booked an extra room. Nevertheless, when I was granted an earlier check in I proceeded in vacation mode. Also, paid for room assigned; however , my credit card on file was billed an higher price room. Therefore; I had to open a dispute when I returned home, which favored me because of my receipt . This is a great location for a 1 night stay. Although, the staff is kind of Shady, hold them accountable for their lack of understanding & people skills.

Location is perfect for what we needed. Early flt so no stress form traffic issues. Obviosly teh airport is older, but overall the room was clean, staff nice, and resturants easy to get to.

I found the room lacked better lighting. It was a bit dark over the desk.

The day was clean, very professional. Who are you? Talking to room was very clean contemporary. The facility pre-ordered a wheelchair for me. They were there on time. This property was awesome.

Great location. Staff were very helpful. It was a bit worn but comfortable. There were no amenities available (food, bar) available upon our arrival at 9:30pm.
