Extended Stay America Suites Cleveland Middleburg Heights

The three D’s - Dated, damaged, dirty… See pics. Typical low budget hotel. Don’t know why I expected better… No parking for lobby and guest check in. Room #208 Damaged couch repaired with brown duct tape. Refrigerator damaged on inside. Splatters on kitchen walls and ceiling. Damaged desk with missing trim on edges, damage to drywall under opening between bedroom and kitchen (looks like it was kicked in). Carpet looked very old and dingy. Back splash behind kitchen sink was delaminating. Bathroom looked newer and cleaner, no issues with bathroom.

Very dirty rooms , floor was sticky , in both rooms. There was no waste basket, no cloth bags , room was having receipts and paper from previous occupants, it had a bad smell . Entire corridor carpet looks so dirty . This hotel is not an average American standard , i will never ever go to this hotel again , i better sleep in a street . You will hate it for sure , its looks like a dirty third world hotel . Its a shame to cleaveland and american hotels , please stay away even if they give u rooms for free . Indian/ asian management ruined the standard for sure .

They need to clean the facility

They need to update the stoves in the rooms they take to long to heat up and don’t boil water and the numbers on the stove you can’t read them they are faded

The room was generally clean but the bathroom floor could have used a scrubbing.

Close to places I wanted to go The staff because they had a stupid ignorant attitude most of the time!!

Friendly staff and location Room was dirty. Floors were sticky, one bed didnt seem clean and there were dirty towels hanging on the bathroom door when we got to the room.

The room was exactly what we paid for. There were several items that needed repair. However, the bed was excellent. We came in before/after a concert at rocket and it was perfect for that we needed.

Tough to beat the price, but the property is old and soon to be updated.

Location is great. my 1st floor room was close to the lobby door so we had to hear that door open and close all morning long form people leaving. this kept waking me up.

Checked into the room to leave 5 minutes later due to bug infestation.

Nothing Elevator sounds horrible and a loud bang, thud going up or down. I’ve traveled a lot and never seen an extended stay with no dishes or silverware, but you can order a kitchen kit from the front desk. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom

Floor was sticky and is very dated . Elevator was noisy like you where hitting bodies when going up and done past the second floor

Easy check in and check out Clean Strong smell in the room and hallways; I couldn't tell if it was a cleaning product. Breakfast poorly.

Staff was nice, location was good for what I needed it for Room smelled.. it was not clean that I am used to at a hotel.

It was gross and I checked out after the first night but have not yet received my refund of approximately $849. I was given a receipt for the refund. It smelled and was dirty
