Tru By Hilton Middleburg Heights Cleveland Airport

The place was very clean. Looks brand new. A place like that you should definitely maintain. I like that it's close to a lot of restaurants and shopping spots. Not enough pillows and one of them was flat. Some hotels we've visited have more than two pillows and we're very firm which helps elevate while sleeping. This one is just a new pic but I understand the staff attend to other situations and cannot man the counter it would definitely help if you had a self checkout station, whenever we want to purchase an item from the mini store.

Superb

It looked inviting when you walked in Our room was across from the staff room and it sometimes was noisy from a door shutting loudly

Average breakfast . Rest was good

Quick trip for baseball

Newer building, clean, quiet. Fridge in room, no microwave. Good breakfast.

Convenient location off 7- in Cleveland. Comfortable room and bed. Breakfast was okay.

Right next to freeway so good amount of road noise can be heard from the room I stayed in even though it was towards the back of property furthest from freeway. Not recommended for those sensitive to road noise. Property nice and clean. Also front desk not staffed constantly, just sometimes, so any questions and there may not be someone at the front desk. Aside from freeway noise, rooms clean and hotel seems new/excellent condition.

Exceptional

Stayed two nights, very clean property and modern aesthetics. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very rude front desk staff that are not helpful with anything

Very good

Clean and updated

Room keys stopped working

Our third stay and we can’t say enough about this hotel. The staff is friendly, the rooms are nice, and it’s convenient to everything Berea/Middleburg Heights. Breakfast was tasty!

Good

To be honest anything would have been better than our prior hotel we booked. However, everything we came across was top notch. The price only because we had to book last minute and only stayed for just a few hours because our prior hotel was disgusting.
