It was a contactless system yet when I texted a question about parking I was helped immediately. The room had a lot of historic charm with modern furniture. It was the right amount of cool. I’d stay here again. Note, there isn’t an elevator. It’s an old building with a lot of stairs.

Cool vibes in an old building with lots of history - read the book in lobby about its history !

The staff were outstanding! Incredibly helpful and flexible! Air conditioning was a bit chilly for September and not easily figured out!
-
Great room and super accessible!

It’s an odd place - no front desk and you use a code they send to you in order to get into the building. The bar opens at 5 but last call is 10:30 so if you want to take advantage you have to get there early. Loved the room and the history. Overall very nice stay and recommend.

Clean room. Pretty lobby. Nice bathroom

So so noisy thin walls and above a bar

Very nice place to stay and a good location. The bed was very comfortable. No staff on-site, but we didn't have any issues. Directions were clear as to how to enter. We ended up parking behind the building in one of their spots (cost $35 per night..yikes!) but we didnt want to try and find street parking. Btw..there is no elevator, so you have to use stairs for rooms on 2nd & 3rd floor. The cocktail lounge (The Agency) located on the 1st floor North side looked very interesting. Wish we had more time so we could have tried it.

Room was huge

Comfortable stay, but missed having some on-site contact.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Dubbel Dutch hotel. This is an old 2 family attached dwelling converted into a hotel. They left all of the old original charm and added modern security with digital door locks. There is minimal staff on-site which is fine, with today's technology you don't need a person to check-in and you get your security codes messaged to you.

Nice place. Great location. Good price. Convenient though pricey parking. Rooms very dark and bathroom sparsely furnished. Staff a little slow to get us check in codes.

Passable

walking distance to everything had to pay for parking

This is a nice boutique hotel. It’s a low key setup with no front desk. However, staff is very responsive. They are available by text/call. We loved the experience at the Agency cocktail lounge.

There was no front desk and twice when I called the number I had to leave a message. This was not helpful.
