Location and bedroom was huge

Interesting concept, wasn't sure at first but really liked it in the end, it's done through codes, etc. No one really at a front desk, but it's OK. The room was great, very comfortable bed and a great shower. Location is excellent, close to the public market and other fun things. Parking is off site, about a half block away, very easy but if it's terrible weather, plan accordingly. The common kitchen is great. Coffee and tea available, your own spot in the fridge, etc. When we were there, a family was having their after wedding breakfast in the space and it accommodated about 20 just fine. Would absolutely stay again and recommend.

Exceptional

Girls trip to Milwaukee. The Kinn was the perfect place to stay for us. We could have our coffee together in the fully stocked coffee bar and lounge. We enjoyed a late night glass of wine by the TV area. Lastly we loved making our breakfast biscuits in the Chef’s kitchen. The amenities included a fridge, icemaker, coffee and cereals to enjoy. The Kinn Ian walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Milwaukee. All five of us girls enjoyed the huge rooms and this hotel style. Brilliance concept of a hotel!!

Friendly staff, spacious, comfortable rooms and a nice common area and kitchen on the second floor. Uncle Wolfies on the first floor has amazing breakfast.

Good afternoon place to stay in downtown MKE. Parking was a little way away, but not big issue.

Definitely not worth the money! Super noisy because of proximity to the street, windows old and the rooms are not that well maintained. Go to the St Kate down the street if you want a quality hotel for the same price as this one.

From the word go walking up to the place it was beautiful! Greeted by a staff member and she made sure we were all good. The amenities the common roomies had were everything you could possible need and more. Now let’s get to the room! As we walked in my jaw hit the floor! The views the design the way it all flowed and went together! The views from the room that had windows and more windows. Close to the public market and so many dining and shopping options. I never wanted to leave. Felt safe and feel in love😍

Great location and good onsite restaurant but the standout feature is the common space on each floor- so many thoughtful touches and we thoroughly appreciated the refrigerator, coffee station, tables and chairs to spread out, relax and enjoy during our stay. The staff were friendly and wi-fi was excellent. Rooms are smartly designed, relatively spacious, clean and well maintained. A fantastic experience, highly recommend! Onsite parking would have been nice but there are plenty of nearby lots.

Great location, beautiful property that felt like home.

Kinn Guesthouse was so secure with a code to enter the building after 7:00 pm. The code is used in the elevator and for entering the room. A large kitchen and dining area is shared by the floor, but we rarely even saw anyone else. It is in a great location and convenient to many things.

Great boutique hotel with nearby parking that is convention in and out. Beautiful rooms. Dog friendly. Yummy brunch places attached to it. Had an issue with our TV remote and they came immediately to fix! Would stay again!
