It was meh…. Parking is a rip off

★★★★☆ 4/5 Stars | Great Stay, Would Definitely Return! I really enjoyed my stay here and would absolutely book again! The check-in process was smooth, quick, and straightforward. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and my room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I had two beds and a nice shower. I personally would've preferred a soaking tub, but that wasn't a dealbreaker. I do wish the rooms had microwaves, but there is one available downstairs in the lobby, which was convenient. One of the biggest highlights was the complimentary breakfast! There were tons of options, definitely something for everyone, and the breakfast hours were great. This was a huge plus for me! The lobby was another pleasant surprise. It's spacious and has pool tables, games, computers, printers, and plenty of areas to sit and relax. I didn't even realize how much was available until a couple of days into my stay. I also really enjoyed the outdoor seating area with the fire feature. It was a nice place to sit while waiting for my ride. The location was excellent for my trip. Downtown Milwaukee, the train station, restaurants, and other attractions were easily accessible. The hot water was great, and I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. My only real suggestion would be to have staff check the lobby and common areas a little more frequently to tidy up after guests. Overall, I had a really pleasant experience. The positives definitely outweighed the few things.

Overall excellent property and location

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They offered help when asked and recommendations for different places. The breakfast was delicious. Not just fresh fruit, but a make-your-own waffle bar, a selection of drinks, and savory food. The room was perfectly clean and smelled nice. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to stay.

First the location. It is centrally located. Just minutes from all the major downtown tourist destinations: Public Market Art Museum Discovery World. It has all the typical amenities the complimentary breakfast. They make it special by having build your own breakfast sandwich bar. The strawberry kiwi zero sugar drink in the morning was refreshing. The lobby had a complimentary game room with a pool table, Monopoly and other board games. The convenience store was integrated with the front desk. A No Frills gym. My window faced the freeway but the triple pane windows kept out the sound.

Location and rate

They made everything thing so easy! If you are hesitant about valet parking.. DO IT! It gave us peace of mind and was CHEAPER!!!!! There is a self service option but it charges you each time you take your vehicle out. The valet is a flat daily rate and you can get your vehicle as many times as needed at no extra charge! Hope this is helpful. Will definitely stay here again if/when in the area.

The great: good location, huge & clean room (I stayed in a 2 Queen room), comfortable beds, a great (and very clean) gym, kind staff The not as great: breakfast set up creates chaos (packed too closely together and then dining area is super spread out), food & beverage stations could be better maintained in both cleanliness and availability (ex. the tea station only having 1 tea bag left)

Stayed for one night cause I was there for work, nice clean room, staff was great, and the free breakfast was great as well. Would definitely stayed here again if I'm ever in Milwaukee again.

The bed was very comfortable. My only complaint was the wood frame. My knee was the first victim upon entering the room and walking over to put my suite case down. My shins were second, getting into bed and lastly my hamstrings getting out. They need padding! The breakfast was better than I expected from an American hotel. The shower had pressure and was roomy. I didn’t use it, but there was a little game room off the lobby that seemed like a nice place to gather the family. They had an outdoor seating area with a fire that was nice. I would stay here again.

Easy to find. Nice facility overall. Easy check in and checkout. Valet parking is the only option i.e., they don't have their own lot. I used Spot Hero.
