Great hotel near Arches National Park. Clean, comfortable and a great breakfast

Location was perfect, close to the national parks but not to far from down town Moab. Room was clean and the breakfast was very good with lang options to choose from.

Casita was a good layout for our family of 5 who appreciates separate sleeping areas with doors that actually divide the rooms. However, we would not recommend this room type for several reasons. There was NO WIFI and NO CELL COVERAGE at the casitas. Multiple calls to the front desk did not resolve this issue. Sinks and shower drains were clogged. Lighting in the room was terrible and the light fixtures were all crooked and tired looking. This room was a total disappointment especially considering the cost was nearly double that of rooms in the main hotel building.

Conveniently located a short drive from Arches National Park and close to restaurants. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Decent variety for breakfast. Great hot tub and pool area which we enjoyed after long hikes in the parks. Would definitely stay here again!

The breakfast was great. The walls were very thin and road traffic was very noticeable. Also a family w/baby was placed near or across from our room. It cried loudly for 2 of the nights. Usually kids that age r placed at end of floors not middle.

This is a very good hotel with a friendly staff and nice spacious rooms Breakfast was better than the usual hotel fare The annoying policy is that they offer room cleaning every other day which meant we would get no cleaning service in a 2 night stay This is ridiculous and a cheap move on Hyatt’s part. We had to ask twice for an exception which they did allow. A poor policy from Hyatt

Hotel is very nice, the pool area is beautiful, the business office is large (although not entirely private), complimentary breakfast changed to a certain degree every day, great location, Moab is great. Ask for a room facing the mountain, which has a limited view, but the other side faces the road which can be noisy if you're a late sleeper.

Lovely updated hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Shout out to Min who was exceptional.

Clean bedrooms and bath. Not within walking distance to town and very few Balcones. Staff was okay, maintenance request was answered quickly, but did not correct the issue.
