We stayed for one night on our way to Los Angeles. The room was small and clean, with new furniture and fixtures. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, and there’s a pleasant waterfront nearby.

Would not stay here again. No telephone cord, no remote control for tv, microwave didn’t work, refrigerator not cold, no ice machine. Paid before we went. Charged again after we left. Horrible. Don’t stay here!

Great location close to bars shops and restaurants. A very early bin truck that was extremely loud, but this isn’t the properties fault.

Budget option that’s perfect for downtown Morro Bay. The owner is incredibly nice and made me feel welcome. My immediate neighbor was kind of noisy but I had a travel-sized white noise machine to help me ignore them.

Overall, everything was good and the room was clean. The price was reasonable for the stay, and the self check-in and self check-out were extremely convenient. The only downside was a strange smell in the room when we arrived, which took about an hour of airing out before it was gone. Other than that, everything was fine and the stay was good value for the money.

The price was good. The bed was comfortable. There were baby cockroaches in the bathroom and an adult on the carpet.
