Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Mountain View

I will say it was very clean despite the rooms in a huge need of renovation. Even the shower curtains were ripped .. but still clean. Shampoo dispenser was empty. Staff were friendly. Parking and location were good. Everything worked.

This hotel is definitely showing its age and is certainly due for a renovation, but don't let that fool you. My room was extremely clean and fully stocked with all the necessities I could possibly need. Plus, the breakfast was surprisingly generous and a fantastic way to start the day. Great value and wonderful hospitality - would happily stay here again!

I had a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient, with a gas station nearby. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the entire experience pleasant. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, which made everything hassle-free. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, a nice bonus to start the day. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended!

Reasonable fee for this area in Mountain View (just under two hundred with fees on a Thursday night). It was a nice sized room, no bells or whistles, but was perfect for our needs of one night, near Shoreline Amphitheatre. Still needed an uber, too far to walk, but hotels are limited near the event. Had free parking and felt safe. Loved that it had a fridge and a microwave! Windows were single pane, and our room was right on the road, so traffic was loud early in the morning. Fortunately we were so tired, we were still able to sleep through some of it.

Over all it was clean and good location The AC wasn’t working in the first room, then have to ask to move rooms. They said it was an upgrade, but just the bathtub was everything else was a little more of a downgrade.

Disappointing

everything was fine until there was a live cockroach in our room, and the guy at the front desk wouldn’t do anything about it. Didn’t even offer to change our room for us. I took photos and videos, so there is evidence and I had to call back on Monday and Tuesday so that I could speak to the manager, and they said that they won’t be refunding my stay. Very unhelpful, and the man on the phone laughed about it like it wasn’t a big deal they have cockroaches, and they don’t clean the room very well

Class to Shoreline Amphitheatre. Good for a one night stay.

Will be my place to stay when we go to the Shoreline! Close by and place is very clean , reasonably priced 👏

The room was very clean, the greeting staff were so nice, we had to leave super early so we did not get to enjoy the breakfast but I really was looking forward to it, next time there we will. Air conditioning worked great, Bathroom was very clean, nice towels and amenities were great since I forgot my shampoo.

This place has more of a motel vibe. Was quite surprised to see how it looked when I pulled up. So much so that I didn't think it was the correct location. Was run down and older than it looked in the online photos. The pictures online appear to be edited to look nicer than it actually is. The room was ok. Clean, beds were pretty decent thou and the shower was hot and strong. Didn't get a chance to use the pool and never saw anyone in it. I booked the hotel a few months in advance and forget they offered a continental breakfast. Wasn't reminded about it at check in so didn't get a chance to check it out. I booked this hotel for it's convenient location to Shoreline Amphitheatre. Very satisfied with that decision. Was a quick ride back after the concert. All in all the stay was fine. Just expected something a little nicer and would've been nice to be reminded of the continental breakfast. Especially since it wasn't obvious when leaving for the day. No idea where they had it.

Staff was very great,and helpful Enjoyed the room jacuzzi. Bathroom may need to be painted covering recent repairs. Bottom of bathroom door has previous water damage and should be replaced. All in all I was happy with my stay 😊

Sheets were clean. It smelled really bad. Didn’t feel safe. Not accommodating.
