Pool and hot tub was kept clean. Toilet was loose from the floor and maintenance tried gluing it to the floor. Total fail. The 15 minute parking lot was a joke. Cars were parked all day and all night. The threat of being towed was also a joke. On 9/11 they had the fire department use their stairs for the reenactment of climbing the stairs at the twin towers which was excellent.

This place is a dump. Do not book your vacation here. Started out with the room being extremely dirty. Then I found a cockroach in our room. The A/C chiller goes out every night leaving our room anywhere between 78° and 82•. That is with all the curtains closed. We can't even see the ocean. Today the elevators are not working so get ready to climb some stairs. The staff have not tried to accommodate us in any way. They keep on telling us that the a c is going to be fixed and every night we have the same issues. They have not tried to put us in another room. They will not give us a refund for our hotel stay. I would give it less than one star.

Newly renovated room. One bedroom was supposed to have a king bed and the other on two double beds. Both had king beds. The dresser drawer handle in one of the bedrooms was broken. No pole or hangers to hang your clothes. The shower handle and over head shower leaked so you didn’t get full pressure. If you want fresh towels you have to walk them down to the main desk and count them out to the staff. Very difficult to also locate the main office for check in. I had to call them to find it. Still have no idea how to make it to the pool area. However the view was nice.

Clean room. Spacious for a one room. Right on the beach and boardwalk. Kitchen area was neat and clean. Parking was a block over but could see the top from the 3rd floor. They have 15 minute parking for unloading and loading on site, but they don’t enforce it. You do get a guest tag for the parking garage. So when your friends are over, they have a safe place to park. Only downside of the location is being right on the strip; noise, cars , bars, etc Staff is friendly. They greet you when they see you. Only downfall of the room, there is no balcony. There’s a double sliding door, but only a 10” or so ledge with a railing. If you’re looking for a balcony to do some deep beach breeze sitting, this won’t be the place for you. If you want to be in the heart of Myrtle beach and walk to the SkyWheel or the shops, this is definitely the place for you!

Just an FYI there is no balcony. There is a sliding glass door to a railing over looking the ocean but you can go out on it.

In order to check in the bed you have to crawl in from the foot of the bed because bed against the wall in one side and a half wall on the other side All appliances were rusted

The place is as described, location is the best, a little dissapointed with the balcony, can't walk out on it, just to look out the window. Hard to get a steady water temperature on the shower, it fluctuates. Also, had to kill a cockroach in the bathroom.

The staff was okay, the hotel situation was below expectancy. Overall experience was not good, will not schedule again with them.

We’re not picky because we only need a place to sleep. However, there were plumbing issues, and the blankets were obviously not washed—they smelled like someone’s cheap perfume.

Couldn’t check in until 5pm no housekeeping during the stay only could trade towels in the lobby, very loud paper thin walls, if you’re on lower floors the noise from outside is unbelievable, pool was dirty

Room was pretty clean, perfect location, walking distance to everything. Needs some updating but seems they are in the process of it.

Expedia listing needs to be more accurate and match the stay according to the way it looks now, not brand new from day one. It looked very old, cold air returns looked very dirty and looked like they have never been changed, walls were dirty, the shower had what looked like mold in the shower ceiling or something not good, the curtain rod was not clean at all, a towel rod that was barely hanging on the wall, the carpet looked old as hell and wasn't fully carpeted through the whole living room space, the main door coming in is not sealed very good at all, the refrigerator had rust or stain on the front of it, and it just seemed very unclean for what I paid for. The place needs some improvement and upgrades big time. New carpet through the hallway and living room, good baseboard through the hallway and living room, new fridge or existing one cleaned up, the right patching needs to take place,etc. Will not return because it didn't feel welcoming at all. If things got repaired and remodeled correctly, then your hotel/resort will go a lot better with customers. It was very hard to see staff and manager cover up the patching in the shower that didn't even hold up because it wasn't done correctly. I had the whole patching job that they did during the stay fall into the shower while out of the hotel, and to come back to shower and see that all over the floor of the shower was very, very frustrating. I was hoping to get a little money reimbursement because of the stay we had.

The best Ocean view ever and very clean great location and stores everywhere. I can’t wait to go the again love it love it . They was also very friendly

Ocean view out the sliders. No balcony. Easy access to the beach.

Only downfall is no balcony to sit on.

Stay away manger was very rude. Place was dirty disgusting we asked to move to a different room. They would not give us a new room. After dinner we came back to the room and we noticed cement dripping from room above the top floor onto our tub and room. We got the manager back up to look at it they wouldn’t do nothing for us to the point that we went to another place to stay lost our money there not worth it read the reviews lots of bad reviews there.

Parking was across road , no.continal breakfast , no coffee , hotel under renovation. Should been cheaper rate for what it was .
