Crowne Plaza Nashville Airport by IHG

Staff was nice. The hotel was nice :)

Check in was at 3 couldn't get a room till 4pm. Told housekeeping was behind but no one was there customers or workers. No real breakfast just very little grab and go items. Not very hot water in showers . Won't book here again

Have stayed at Crowne Plaza, formerly Nash Haus, for a few years now. Not the cheapest all the time but the location and condition of the property is second-to-none. This last time they had an excellent hot breakfast! Will stay again.

Wonderful place to stay

Our stay was phenomenal. Not only was the room clean, the breakfast was absolutely stand out. Mad props tonOak

Exceptional

Oakland, thank you so much for being the always joyful and helpful soul running the show at this Hotel. You made our weekend trip an amazing experience. Also this hotel actually has real food on the buffet, yes Real eggs, real sausage gravy. No extra charge part of your stay. This hotel is made great by its staff

The breakfast was great

Great location to the airport . Nicer safe area.

There was no hot water and the staff didn’t apologise or show any desire to solve the problem. The breakfast was a very small selection with no fruit or plain bread options like bagels etc. Really disappointing.

The personal of the shuttle need be more professional The personal of the shuttle

It was amazing

The rooms are clean however the air-conditioning units are very loud and the area for snacks was empty not a lot of options. It just doesn’t seem like the staff is excited about working there.

Breakfast was very hit or miss

It was an okay stay for a turn around trip. The lighting in the room is terrible. So dim. My friends had to move to a diff room because the air was not working. There was a bug crawling near the coffee station, in our room. The front desk staff were very kind, and accommodating. Nick especially. My mom seemed to enjoy the gym amenity. Only one trash can throughout the entire room so we had to create a makeshift one to prevent a messy / cluttered space. Any sudden move on the beds and it squeaks, badly. Definitely a cheap metal bed frame. Missed breakfast so no comment to provide on that. Parking was easy. Hotel was conveniently located to all of the activities we had planned so that was GREAT. Although it’s the end the airport, it was fairly quiet. We were able to get a late check out, at no extra cost. Thumbs up on the hospitality.

Experience was well. The staff was friendly and joked with us

The stay itself was good. We used the parking lot to do a park and fly. Too bad when we got back from our trip our vehicle had been broken into along with several others. My backpack was stolen out of the vehicle. Yes there are cameras but there are also signs that say they are not responsible for stolen items. Think twice before you pay to park and fly at this hotel.

Very good!

Room was good. AC/Heat unit in the room didn't work.

Very clean, Nice staff, and an overall great experience here.
